The man before had introduced himself as Nigel, he still had every article of clothing on him and looked like it was never bothered like everything was wearing was sacred, not to be disturbed in any way. His way of speaking was soothing as well, he had deep but smooth voice that had certain force to it, like he commanded everyone's attention when he spoke. All in all everything about his was dapper even his way of walking was elegant.

He took me through the discolored town and told...or tried to about what was happening and why I was here. He told me we where in a town well known by the world and was a tourist attraction. It had deep history he told me, that without this place many thing would have never happened. But that still didn't explain why I was here and what my porpoise was. At a moment he turned to me with his serious and piercing eyes "This place, you once lived here in your life" the look of shock overcame my face when had told me that "But now you live only in your mind with fantasies and nonexistent characters that are only there to please you and entertain you" he looked at me with a stern face when he said that. I was still confused about what was going on "What do you mean I lived here once in my life, I don't even remember this place" I exclaimed "Yes because you refuse to remember" Nigel said. He looked at me again with a remorseful face "Is your heart really that sorrowful you pushed your past away, what about the people that cared for so much?" he asked me, but I still do not remember what think of this.

"Do you wish to know what happened and how you came to be here" he asked as he held his hand out to me, without any words I took his hand. It was so strange his hand felt...real and warm and familiar like he was once close to me.  Suddenly the area around us began to warp and change, molding together to a blur then in a instant snapped back into a hospital room with the same girl and an older woman with her, holding her close to her. The woman was petting the girls head gently, they seemed impatient about something.

At that moment a man in a white coat came in, a doctor, with a clip board in his hand and saddened expression on his face. He began to speak, his voice was shaky " The tests came back miss Holliper" the woman's face lightened up at "Yes, and!?" the doctor looked down "I am sorry to inform you..." the doctor was held back by his voice, I could tell he didn't want to say it "Your daughter has be diagnosed with a lethal form of leukemia, and her treatment options are limited" when the doctor said that the woman broke down into tears, sobbing she tried to say "Is there any thing we can do, what are the options?" she asked. The man thought for a moment "Well...there is a new program we have been wanting to test" the woman with desperate eyes said "What is it!" the man responded "It's called the simulated health enhancement program also know has the SHEP program"  he looked at the woman straight the woman straight in the eyes "We basically would put her in a comatose state while she was set up to a life support and given a medicine to help super boost her immune system so that way that the blood cells can kill of the mutated cells" after he said "But we would not know how long she will be under or if she will wake up in the first place"

My heart broke more and more as this conversation went on, tears welled up in my eyes "Why are you showing me this, why are you showing me something so awful?" The butler dressed man removed his glasses and looked at me "Because that little girl that that woman was holding is you". My heart sank at that phrase. "She...she is me, b-but I've lived here as long as I could remember" the man cleaned his glasses and placed them back on his face "You would wouldn't you, even though you have only be under for six years" he looked at me once more "Vee, or should I say Veronica Holliper, you are seven-teen years old"
