My heart sank to my stomach when he began to cry, I couldn't stand to watch him cry ever. I raised my hand up and grabbed his face to lift it up to mine to make eye contact, his eyes were red and his face was puffy. He was holding back sobs with every breath he took. His eyes that were once filled with joy and light turned into sadness and loneliness.
He looked at me with those sad and lonely eyes "What do you mean, y-your not gonna leave me are you?" he said, all I could do was just look down to my feet and stay silent "You are! please don't leave me, I don't want to be alone again!" he shouted as he placed his face into my chest and began to sob uncontrollably. All I could do was pull him away from my chest and look at him "I'm sorry Shei but this has to happen we have depart, I have to go home to my family and you to yours" I said to him. He looked at me with shock and betrayal, he snapped backed away from me and ran towards the cave that led outside. He was gone, I chased after him hoping he didn't go far.
When I had stepped outside to the voidish room there was no sign of him any where. At that moment I could feel my heart break "How could I just say that to him so bluntly". I ran out into the nothingness to find him. I ran and ran for what seemed like hours, my feet began to hurt, my legs were stiff, my chest was tight and my breath was cold. My face was so cold that I almost didn't notice the tears streaming down my face. I felt like dyeing at that moment, I laid down on the ground and just stayed there, I closed my eyes and let my self drift away. I began to black out and slowly let my self go.
What happened when I went out, I don't know. Nor' did I care.
