Miraculous Ladybug - The Unfortunate

Vixen dropped to the ground. Ladybug was just letting the akuma fly away as he arrived. He felt bad, about what he had said to Peacock. He had probably crushed her... She had just blurted it out, and he responded without thinking. It was true though. He did love someone else.

Vixen loved Natalie.

Natalie had been his best friend for as long as he could remember. They had done practically everything together. Except this.

Vixen often thought about Natalie. Did she miss him?

Vixen sighed and walked up to Ladybug. "You guys good?"

"Yep." Cat Noir replied.

Ladybug nodded. "I'll see you later guys. I'm about to change back."

"See you later Bugaboo."

Ladybug groaned and swung away.

"Hey Vixen, where's Peacock?" Cat Noir asked.

"I... don't know..." Vixen replied.

Was she still up on the roof?

Was she... was she that broken up over what Vixen said?

"I... I think she might still be up on the roof." Vixen said guiltily.

Cat Noir looked at him questionably. Vixen looked away.

"What did you do?" Cat Noir asked.

"Oh he did lots of things my dear!" a voice sang out from the rooftop.

A figure suddenly jumped off the building and landed in front of them.

It was Peacock... but different.

Her outfit was black and white, with vibrant red splotches all over it and her eyes were completely black.

Vixen was frozen. He had done this. He had akumatized her.

"Nikki?" Cat Noir whispered.

"Nikki, Peacock, even Natalie, they're all gone! Only HeartBreaker remains!" Peacock yelled.

Vixen took a step back.

N-Natalie?

"You!" HeartBreaker turned to look at Vixen. "You rejected me." she growled.

Vixen was frozen in shock.

"But now." HeartBreaker said sweetly while smiling like a maniac. "We'll be together FOREVER!"

HeartBreaker pulled out her bow and pointed it at them.

"Run!" Cat Noir yelled, grabbing Vixen's arm.
He practically had to drag Vixen along behind him.

"Come back here little kitty! I still need your miraculous to make sure that Vixen and I live happily ever after!" HeartBreaker called.

"Vixen wake up!" Cat Noir yelled.

Vixen shook his head and started to run. He was still lost in his head.

Natalie was Peacock.

Why didn't he see it before?

They both had blond hair, beautiful blue eyes, a caring smile... They had been in love with each other the whole time.

"Duck!" Cat Noir yelled, snapping Vixen out of his daze.

Vixen ducked just in time to avoid an arrow that went sailing over their heads.

They ran into an alley way and jumped up on top of the buildings, hiding behind an airconditioning unit.
"What happened!?" Cat Noir violently whispered. "What did you do?!"
