Clary pov
I have a quick hot shower & put on anything I can grab first .
I draw a silent rune into my hand &ahead downstairs . I jump as I feel someone grabbing my hand it made my hair stand on end. I turn around anxiously .
"Where you think you going mundane?"
"Jace!!"
"Shhh!"he says placing one finger to my lips.
I slap he's finger away & say "I'm meeting with Simon ."
An emotion passes through he's eyes that catches me off guard .
jealousy ???!
" he's a pretty good guy , don't hurt his feelings " jace says and walks away .
"Okay?" I turn to run
when I get to the bridge relief washes over me.
I wave a hand at him
He smiles. as I see him a smile eternally stains upon my lips. My joy, my love, my bestfriend.
"Hi clary.whats wrong ?"
"Oh Simon ,there's a lot going on ."
My arms reach up automatically and tangle around his neck. I breath in sharply and kiss him slowly,his arms encircling my waist drawing me in, his lips hungry for mines.
Simon pov
What it felt like a long time we finally stop kissing .i stare at Her eyes the glimmering color of emerald & Her pink pale lips .how I love those colors together .
"Tell me what's wrong clary berry" I said while putting a lock of her ginger hair behind her ear.
"Oh Simon .valentine is my father !"she says while Hiding in my chest. I feel like she's hiding something .& now that I remember the way she was looking at Alec ,Also the weird phone call jace did to me today ."You are nice guy Simon .you deserve better"
"Clary I know you feel something for him"
"What are you talking about Simon!?"she says in shook.
"I know because you look at him the way you look at me" A tear rolled onto my cheek, but I didn't care if she saw.
"I -I " she lost at words
"It's okay clary. I love you and I will wait for you forever if it's necessary but right now we need a break"
She sobbed into my chest unceasingly, her small hands clutching at my jacket.
"Clary please stop crying."
"I want to spend every minute of the day with you Simon . Please don't do this .i love you more than anything & there's noth-"
"Clary I will always be here for you,I will forever want you to be happy .we have a bond that no one will ever destroy." I say as a kiss her forehead
"Simon you know I'm here for you too you are my best friend & my lover"clary says placing a hand to my face.
"We will find your mom clary " i say as a hug her one last time .we both walk away from each other this is the hardest think I have ever done but I have to give her change to explore herself I can't be that selfish.
As I walk something about the hotel infront of me catches my attention
"Durmort" I say out loud
"Aren't you clary's little mundane boyfriend ? Aren't you cute" I turn around and see a beautiful blonde haired girl .she smiles and I see her fangs
"Ohh myyy" I say as I try to run but someone grabs me so tightly I can't move .
Alec pov
I hear the institute door open. I stand up so fast and grab my arrow without even thinking & go downstairs
I'm about to shot one when
"Oh my god Alec it's me !" The redhead says.
"Where were you clary ?! It's not save for you to be outside in the night alone!" I say in frustration.
"It doesn't matter. Can you please move so I can go to sleep?" I grab her chin & look deep into her eyes .
She's trying hard to hold on her tears.
"It's okay "I say as I pull her in a hug .
She's hugs me tightly .her tears soaking my shirt.
....
I stare at the roof

When i close my eyes
I could still see the green in the ginger girl's eyes ,can still feel the gentle press of her soft lips against my own .
