sorry for the delay in this chapter. Internet was down at my house on Wednesday, so I couldn't publish it or finish it.

hiccup P.O.V

"Why are you sleeping on the floor?" i look towards the door seeing Nya staring at me from the entrance of the room "What?" all the memories of the present day came back to me "Oh the bed was to.. plush" "oh right you sleep on planks of wood at the Edge," she said "Well see you later" she walks out of the room giving a wave. 

I got up walking out of the room with toothless behind me. Into the dining room  were kai, Lloyd, Zane, Nya, and Astrid sat "hey," Lloyd said "hi" I yawn "sleepy?" Kai asked "Some would say" "that makes 2 of us," cole says walking into the room "your tired?" Jay says a hint of sarcasm. he followed Cole into the room "So why is everyone tired" Zane asked "getting use to sleeping somewhere else than the Edge and Berk." "I was up working on that machine all night" "Why all night?" Nya questioned "Becuase time is slower here than the Edge so where it has only been like a day for us it would be a week for them or along those lines, " jay said, "You think Fishlegs can handle the twins and Snoutlout for longer?" Astrid asked me "he's going to have to because I am having no luck with that machine" jay said pointing down the hall "jay just call borg or your parents" Lloyd said  "we can't we have to keep the dragon's secret" Zane said "Well you really don't have to" I say placing my hand on my chin the ninja look at me "yes we do" "Why? It wasn't like we kept you guys a secret when you visited our world!"  Astrid says standing up "in your world dragons are common the only dragons in Ninjago are ultra and the elemental ones," Nya says "guys" cole said softly "so the people have seen dragons it isn't new to them," Astrid says "yes but no one has seen your kind" Lloyd said "to be fair Ninjago has seen serpentine, androconia, ghosts, and pirates twice" kai said "guys" cole said a little louder though no one paid any attention to him "we can't have you flying around Ninjago it would cause panic" "and the people would expect us the Ninjago to make sure the 'bad guys' or you are defeated and I don't like to fight friends" "agreed" "Guys!" cole yelled "What?" we all say "listen" we fall into silence for a minute nothing sounded "listen to what?" jay whispered "you guys really don't hear it" cole said surprise all over his face "no are we suppose to be hearing something?" Zane asked "oh wait I think I hear something um no it's just this silence" kai said he and jay laughed than a thud sound comes from down the hall the ninja jump into fighting stances "okay so maybe cole isn't going crazy" Lloyd said as their Sensei walked around the corner he stop looking at the ninja then shook his head and walked down the hall 

"nope totally going crazy" jay said elbowing cole "I'm not going crazy. I seriously heard something" "yeah cole there are 7-8 people that live under this roof, on a normal circumstances now we have 2 dragons and 2 guests so of course, you heard something" kai said toothless walked by me hitting me with his tail "toothless" he looked back at me huffing Stromfly let out a little roar that sounded like a complaint "I think they're hungry" "well what do you the dragons on the edge" I raise an eyebrow at coles question "you were there for a week you don't remember" Astrid asked cole shook his head "fish for toothless and Stromfly though Stormfly prefers chicken over fish any day" Zane walked over to something opening it up "Well we have some chicken but no fish" he said closing the thing "Why would you keep food in that" Astrid asked "because it's a fridge" Nya said we look at her "what?" "Someone explain what a fridge is" "wait why not you?" Lloyd asked "because I am going to help jay with the machine," Nya said walking out of the room jay's face lights up and he rushes out of the room
