The sun was shining bright into my room at early hours of the morning. I squinted my eyes as I rolled over to look at Audrie passed out practically hogging all the covers. Slowly I start to get up and check my phone for any new messages.

"Good morning. Is it okay if I come in? I have a surprise for you and Audrie." Scotty had sent that text about a half an hour ago. Whoops. I guess I over slept.

"Yeah, come on in. Sorry I just woke up." I sent the message and laid my phone on the end table then laid back down when I heard a knock on my bedroom door.

"Come in."

"Hey, I just brought you guys... Oh, she's still sleeping I'm sorry I can come back."

"No, it's fine. Hold on." I grabbed the pillow that was rested under my head and smacked Audrie in the face with it.

She jolted up so fast, "What the hell was that for?"

"Rise and shine, sunshine. I think Scotty brought us some warm drinks so stop being so bitter." I said with a slight smile.

"Um, yeah I brought you both hot chocolate because I didn't know if you liked coffee or not."

"Oh my gosh I love coffee but just a warm hot drink sounds so good right now. You're a keeper. Thank you." Audrie said while taking the cup out of his hand.

"Yeah, thank you so much you definitely didn't have to do this." I said with a huge smile while grabbing the cup. Hot chocolate was my favorite and probably forever will be.

"Well, you're welcome. Anything for the tour guides today. So when is our day starting?"

"Uh, once we get ready. Give us like thirty minutes? Are we taking your bus or how's that going down?"

"I actually told the guys that you were gonna drive just so we didn't have to take the bus around and get noticed more easily. They said they would just chill here if that's okay. Have dinner with your parents or something."

"Oh, yeah that's completely fine. I'll give my parents a heads up." I turn to Audrie who's sipping her hot cocoa in complete happiness. "Okay, pokey. You take forever to get ready so get going, please."

"Oh shush! Hey by the way I have to see my parents sometime today seeing as how I won't be here forever and I'll be heading back to Nashville soon for second semester, so can you drop me off after a few hours of hanging with you guys?"

"Yeah, I can do that. I'm sure your parents want to meet Scotty too. They secretly like to jam out to your music." I said and winked at Scotty who lightly blushed.

"I would love to meet your parents. Now you girls get ready I'll be out in the bus whenever you're ready. Just come get me."

We both nodded our heads and got out of bed to proceed to get ready.

30 minutes later:

"Alright let's go Audrie." I yelled from the living room as she was still in the bathroom. She always took way too long to get ready. I was always  waiting on her.

"Ugh! I'm coming. I just had to do some touch ups."

We said bye to my parents as we walked out the back door to the bright red bus parked in the driveway. Once we reached the bus door I knocked twice then stepped away and patiently waited. The door swung open as Scotty jumped out of the bus.

"Are you girls ready?"

"Ready as we will ever be."

All of a sudden Audrie's phone starts ringing. She starts digging in her purse and answers it, "Hello?"
