"Pipes! I'm so nervous right now." I complain.

Knowing my crush on Luke. Of course I said yes to be his Valentine. Believe me when I say the sleeping pills weren't as much help as they should be since Luke gave me adrenaline all night.

I called Piper at 6 to help me choose an outfit, because as the Aphrodite Cabin instructed, casual attire while strolling around the program, and at 5 in the afternoon, we are going to have a Camp Prom.
All in all, I feel its amazing considering I'm with MY VALENTINE. I still get butterflies when I think about that time he asked me that.

Piper pulled out a gray high waist skirt, and a white sweater.
"This outfit defines you, simple yet sexy. You don't have to try so hard."
I put the outfit on and pulled my hair in a side braid.
Before Piper could make a comment the door opened.
Percy was wearing black tux but waist down is just his faded blue jeans. His hair was messed up but cute in a way.
He stared at me, "Whoa."
I rolled my eyes as Piper gave a satisfying smile at her work and the reaction of her first audience.
"Hello to you too, Perce." I said.
He came close pinched my right cheek.
"No dillydallying, got it? I entrusted you to Luke, but if you start something-"
I pushed him playfully, "Ew! I should be telling you that! Annie knows better."
Piper and Percy shook their heads, "As always."

We cracked up and Piper headed out saying she has to get ready on her own too. I helped Percy with his ridiculous hair.
He said he wanted it to be Quiff, but I objected.
"Girls like hot guy's hair messy, not plain and boring. Believe me, Annie would go bonkers seeing you like this."

He didn't make a comment after that.
Since we're doing this, he made a comment with my outfit.
"It's too breezy, don't ya think?" He says,
"Puh-lease, I never mess with outfits when it comes to Piper. If you're a girl, you'd understand that she definitely is an Aphrodite girl. Besides her looks, she's good with clothes."

We both finished and did a fist-bump as if we're old buddies from the last 15 years.
"Wow, you both look good."

We turned to the door and saw Annie, in her normal Camp shirt and Jeans.
Percy groaned, "You said formal,"
Annie smiled mischievously, "Oh I did. Later at the Camp Prom."
I laughed and tossed Percy his Favorite Blue shirt.
And they walked out.

I don't really talk to dad much, but sometimes. Talking to the wind or praying, is soothing.
Hey, Dad. You're probably hearing this and ignoring it as always. So I was thinking, maybe I could leave Camp Half-Blood. I know you're not the only Gods in town, and I want to meet them.
I mean if you exist. There has to be others right?

I was interrupted by the sudden knock.
It made me jump a little but I opened the door.
Luke wolf-whistled, "Hey stranger."
He was wearing a gray shirt and black jeans.
Little effort, and yet so hot.
I smiled, "I'm sorry, I'm looking for my Valentine. Will you be so kind to help me?"
We both laughed.
He took my hand and we headed towards the program.
But he whispered in my ear as the crowd started to get thick.
"You're so gorgeous." He said in a husky voice.

Who the hell doesn't blush after that irresistible comment?!

~~~
We walked through the program. Honestly, If you're a regular mortal with no godly help it would take days to set up booths, streamers across the whole camp and Valentine food.
Cupcakes, Heart candies, even a dinner date.
"Wow." I said.
"Pretty cool, huh?" Luke said but he was looking at me.
He squeezed my hand and we strolled next to a basketball game.
"I bet I'll win you 10 drachmas." Luke challenged.
I smirked, "Really?"
As an answer he took a basketball and shot it ring less in the basket.
I admit I was impressed.
"Congrats, you have won 10 drachmas and any kind of necklace sponsored by the Hephaestus' cabin!" The bystander said.
Luke took out a flying gold shoe necklace, "To remind you of me."
He placed it around my neck and grinned.
I giggled and punched him lightly on his chest.
"Don't get all lovey-dovey with me, Mr. C. We're Valentine partners not a married couple."
"Oh just you wait for that time to come, water girl." He winked.
I swear I'm blushing as red as a tomato right now, maybe even redder.
We walked around the program until 3 in afternoon, it was not that late so the sun was still blasting to the shore, but apparently Luke wanted to stroll me to my territory so we walked the hot sand, with me constantly willing the waves to reach our bare feet when the heat is too much too bear.
We held hand-in-hand as we talked about various things, it was like being a normal teenager, except I'm not really sure I've never had the chance to experience it from running around North America.
"Hey, Y/n."
I hummed in response and we sat on the log sitting in the shore.
"What am I to you?"
My eyes almost popped out of their sockets, or I almost did a spit take at what he said.
"W-What was that?"
He chuckled, "What am I to you exactly? A friend or..?"
I laughed nervously, if I tell him what I really think will he like me back? Does he like me? I mean, we've been friends for less than a month or so, and I am particularly sure that I do like him, but if I do tell him the truth I would be confessing.
"Umm.. y/n?"
Gods, I'm blabbering in my mind. Stupid overreacting demigod brain!
"Uh, yeah. You're ... a special someone." I replied.
"How special?"
I scoffed nervously, "Real special, like.. how a kindergarten treats his first golden star stamped on his forearm?"
He laughed while I nervously laughed along. That was good metaphor right? Great, now I'm getting self conscious all over.
He regained his breath, "I guess I'm that pathetically cute."
It was my turn to laugh, I like teasing him with his looks and all. Like telling him that he should dress up with puppy ears because he'd look macho. But he knows it's all a joke.
Luke scooted nearer and placed an arm around my shoulders. I couldn't help but lean to him, I can't spoil a chance like this!
"How bout you Luke? What am I to you?"
He sighed satisfyingly, "You'll know later. At Camp Prom."
I pouted and obviously he saw it because he raised my chin and brought my face near his.
"Don't pout like that. I promise you'll know later at Prom. Now go get ready, we have 1 hour left until it starts."
He winked and helped me up.
"Okay, Fine." I sighed in defeat. "But if you don't tell me anything, your shins better be ready, Mister."
He raised his hands up in surrender, "Okay, Clam head. No need to get too violent, you'll break my precious face."
We both cracked up and headed towards our own Cabins. Once I was in Cabin 3, I tossed my blanket aside and under it revealed the dress that Piper picked for me.
It was a White dress, a tube top with silver crystals and floor length flowing skirt.I faced the full-body mirror and smiled.
"Time to dress up." I said to myself.
