Ok, this is a doctor x patient au
so Person A is a doctor at a clinic, and Person B just does a drop in since they had a small ache (you choose where) and when they're in the office area and Person A walks in, just imagine the conversation.
"Hello, I'm Doctor [name]. What's the matter?"
"Oh my god."
"What's wrong?"
"My heart."
"If it's your heart, you should go to the hospital instead. This is a local clinic. I can do a check over though."
"It's pounding."
"Yes, as it should. Is this some sort of joke?"
"It's beating faster."
"Hm?"
"It's beating for you, cause you're drop dead gorgeous. Also, my [body part] hurts a bit."
