I sat up tears building in my eyes. Harry's head rested on my chest, he traced patterns on my stomach. He stops when he sees I'm awake.

He shoots up, "What's wrong sweetheart?" His worried eyes lock on mine.

"I thought you left, without saying anything," I say.

He shakes his head, "I wouldn't do that."

I couldn't keep the tears from falling down my face. I lean my head over on his shoulder. He doesn't say anything, and I stop crying. I know that this will be the last time we get to sit like this for who knows how long and I don't want to ruin it.

My mom opens the door way to happily, holding her phone in her hands. Tears fell down her face. "What-" she cuts me off.

"Take the phone," she shoves it towards me.

Harry gives me a weird look and I shrug my shoulders. He tries to calm my mom down as I start on the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey Jessie,"

Oh my God, it was my dad. I put my hand over my mouth and try to stop myself from crying. Harry looks at me with a small smile, I guess my mom told him who it was through her fits of laughter, and crying. Pretty soon I find myself doing the same.

"H-hi dad."

"I've only got a few minutes, but I just needed to hear your voice."

I blink a few times to get the tears out of my eyes.

"I miss you dad."

"I miss you too kid,"

I hear another voice in the background, probably telling him he needs to hurry and finish his call.

"I've gotta go sweetheart."

The sadness is clear in his voice.

"I love you,"

"I love you too. More than anything."

I hand the phone back to my mom, and she presses it back to her ear. She gives me a smile before leaving. In my minute of happiness I forgot Harry was still in the room.

"You alright?" he asks.

I laugh a little and nod, "I'm fantastic."

For the first time in a while I actually felt happy.

My legs dangled of the side of the counter as I ate my cereal, Harry was in the shower. I had on his hoodie and a pair of sweatpants I had rolled up to right under my knees. I just realized Harry won't be here for my graduation. I can't believe it's almost over. Four years of nothing but absolute hell are  a few days away from being over. My stomach tightened at the thought. What am I going to do after Wednesday?

I am snapped out of my thoughts by my mom. She still smiled. I put my bowl down and wrapped my arms around her. She kisses the side of my head. "He's ok," I whisper. She nods her head against mine, "I know." I could practically hear the smile on her face.

She wipes her eyes as she pulls away from me, "You have to get to school."

"Harry's going to drop me off," I say.

"Are you going to be ok?" she asks.

I nod at her, "He promised he wouldn't leave until I got out of school."

I walk back up the stairs and sadly take off Harry's hoodie.

"You can keep that you know," Harry says from behind me.

I look back at him, his jeans low on his hips, his shirt in his hand. He wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his chin on my shoulder, as I put my stuff in my bag.

"I'm not keeping your jacket Harry, it's the middle of May," I half heartedly laugh.

"I don't want you to be lonely, and cold," he says.

I laugh, he places a kiss to my cheek. "I love your laugh." he whispers.

I turn my head to the side so I can kiss his cheek but he turns his head so my lips land on his. "Asshole," I mumble against his lips, not wanting to pull away.

He smiles and turns me around, not breaking our kiss. His tongue effortlessly slides into my mouth, and I don't fight him.

My hands run through his hair, God I'm gonna miss this.

He pulls away. "You have to get to school."

I place my hand on his chest and press my head against it. "I don't want you to leave," I say.

He kisses the top of my head, "I know sweetheart I know."

I walk into the school with my head down, I watched as my vans scuffed on the old tile floor. Other people's laughter, and conversations filled the hallway as I made my way to my locker, I turn the little nob, unlocking my lock.

Someone taps on my shoulder, I turn my head to see Amanda, her black eye and bruises slightly covered with make up, but they are still visible.

"Hey," I say grabbing my math book.

"H-hi," she stutters. "How's your mom?"

"She's good she'll be back at work in a few weeks I think," I try my best to give her a fake smile and walk away but she follows me.

"That's good," she says.

She almost jumps out of her skin when Jacob comes up behind her and places his hand on her butt. God he makes me sick.

"Hey sexy," he says to her, she smiles at him.

She's clearly terrified.

"Jess," he says.

"You make me sick," I say before walking away.

I smile to myself and walk into my geometry class and the first thing she does is ask me for my book, which I gladly give her.

The rest of my day goes by terribly fast, I really don't want to go home because I know what's going to happen. He's going to leave.

When I slide into the passenger seat of Harry's car. "Hi sweetheart," he says just like it's any other day, like he's not about to leave.

"Hi," I smile at him.

He smiles at me, but I can still see the sadness on his face.

This isn't going to be easy for either of us.
