what is zach doing here? i mean i really do miss him but i thought that they'll come after the ladies are done. we were still standing here and the elevator door opened so we walked in. wow, there's a bunch of people here.

"you're probably wondering why i'm here," zach whispered. i nodded.

"i really do miss you so i decided to tag along," he explained. i nodded again and smiled at him. i pressed the 5th floor button and the elevator door closed.

"what are you going to be doing exactly?" i asked quietly.

"well, i'm going to blend in with your workers," he answered. i hummed.

"hello ms.camua," all of the people in the elevator spoke. they must be my workers.

"hello my workers. show your rebirth," i demanded in a soft tone. i didn't want to seem mean. they all raised their sleeves up and showed me their rebirth tattoo. i nodded and they all slid down their sleeves.

"very well, please try to blend in," i said. they all nodded. i did the same.

"i like that tattoo," zach whispered.

"you know you don't have to whisper and if you do get that tattoo, it'll be hard to do so because the only person who's able to do that tattoo is under one of my workers. i mean i can tell him to do it for you but that'll make you one of my workers," i said and smirked. zach nodded and stood straight.

"i win," i whispered so he doesn't hear me. i guess i was wrong.

"i heard that," he said smiling. the elevator door opened on the 5th floor. i stepped out of the elevator and waved a farewell to my workers. they did the same, zach followed me.

"xiomara go to the right. that's where you can register for being an assistant," catlina said through the earpiece.

"i know that you piece of shit. it literally says it right there on that sign," i talked back. catlina told me to shutup, i did the same in return.

"who are you talking to?" zach asked creating a fighting posture. i laughed.

"i'm talking to catlina through the earpiece dumbass," i said continuing to laugh. he just stood there dumbfounded. i stopped laughing and smiled.

"well i have to go. good luck babe," zach said flirty. i rolled my eyes and walked towards the right. there's another front desk. i sighed. i walked towards it.

"hi, i'm here to register to become a secretary," i spoke to the young lady. she looked at me and nodded.

"they're going to ask you for a code. the code is 'zen'," esmeralda said and i nodded. zen, that sounds familiar.

"what's the code?" the young lady asked.

"zen," i answered. she smiled and nodded. she gestured me to follow her so i did. she led me to a wall, a secret room probably.

"here you are," she said. she pressed something on the wall and the wall opened. of course, a secret room. i stepped in.

the room is really big and nicely decorated. the young lady walked away after closing the wall behind me.

"hello, you must be ms.red. i'm mr.pollack," a man said greeting me out of nowhere. he offered his hand and shook it.

"nice to meet you mr.pollack," i greeted back. he nodded.

"nice to meet you as well. now let's do this interview?" he asked. i nodded.
