Evadine

"The bow was naturally made, I can fix that," I state.

I can't help it but I am shaken, no way will I be plagued by Apollo and his jealousies. I can see that it pleases her that I am afraid of Apollo, so I show her.

With a flick of my hand the bow and arrows return (with their buddy, the stabbing headache.)

"That is easy magic," I say. But I don't believe myself. At all.

I turn towards the nearest burning tree and concentrate. I call upon the help of several nyads. They extinguish most of the flames.

Ashlyn

I watch as she turns and spreads her long, graceful arms to extinguish the flames.

I turn round, gritting my teeth and clutching my bow tightly to my chest, and then turn to search for Nico, though with his shadow-travel, it was highly unlikely he was even in Camp Half-Blood.

I walk past a burning leaf and watch in fasination as it crumbles into embers, then ash, what I was nicknamed for, and they scatter in the wind, grey particles dancing in the air.

I was daydreaming, so before I know it, I had stepped on an abnormally large, and rather brittle stick and it breaks in two with a magnificent crack.

I see the girl whirl around in the corner of my eye, fury evident on the russet-framed face.

Oh, green eggs and ham. Darnit.

I sprint through the flames, mentally extinguishing them with crumbled Crystal particles as I go, don't ask me how I did it, I just did, although they would have had to have been remarkably heavy crystals.

I continue to dash through the collapsing forest, before I crash into a horse, and decide, it was totally my choice, to land with a dull thump on my already painful backside.

Nope, after a second look, it is not a horse, but the one and only, Chiron. Great.

"Oh, Hades, I give up," I sigh, and look up hopefully at Chiron, praying to escape punishment for going missing for five days, only to see a deep anger in his eyes, although not directed at me.

"DAUGHTER OF PAN, REVEAL YOURSELF IMMEADIATELY!" He yells.
