Chapter 17 Pranks v.s. Pranks

I knew my limits with Emma.
I couldn't do anything too risky or she'll tell Claire about my midnight see outs.

So when Emma was with her friends in her room Max and I found some wire and a bucket.
And it went exactly how you think it did.
Emma and her friends walked out of the room and Max was with me hiding behind the bathroom door.

We heard screams as we peaked out and saw our victims covered in ice cold water.
Emma looked furious and red in the face.
But the blond girls looked at one other and smiled.
"Look at your makeup!" One said,
"My makeup looked at your hair" the other one shouted.
They laughed at each other and we joined in.

Emma looked confused at why we were all laughing, "Lighten up" the tall blond said noticing that Emma was frowning.

Emma gave half a smile at them and we stepped out of the way as they went to the bathroom.
They shut the door behind them and we can hear them whispering.
"You don't think they'll prank us back right?" I asked.
"Of course not, even if they did we are way too smart for them," Max replied as we went into our room to watch tv.

Later we heard a knock at the door, "Lunch is ready!" we heard a voice from the other side.
Max and I went down stairs to see the the girls already eating.
We sat down at the other end of the table, there were sandwiches already there.

We eyes the other girl, "Claire made them before she left for work" the blond girl said.
We didn't think twice because how could you mess with a sandwich.
Max picked up her food making sure no strings were attached and took a bite.
I did the same and after a few bites my mouth stared to burn.

Max spit her food out and ran over to the sink.
I grabbed a napkin and tried to wipe my tongue.
Emma and her friends laughed to the floor as we were in panic.
"By the way there might be a little hot sauce in your food" Emma said still laughing.

We grabbed milk and the burning went down.

After we went up stairs Max came out of our room with a rubber snake that was probably Yukis and went into the bathroom.

She came back out without the snake and we stood in the hall way by the bathroom as the girls went into the bathroom an screamed.

I looked at Max and she said, "I put the snake in the toilet."
We high five and went down stairs to go to Skylur's.
