Will clasps his hands in his lap, tension filling his body as he continues to relentlessly stare at the door his mom disappeared through moments ago. An impatient, exasperated look on his face.

Callum sits beside him, nodding his head eagerly at Riley. She settles herself on the floor, finding a comfortable position. Can't be much worse than the chairs, Will thinks to himself.

"This is a very famous story, it has been all over the news, the internet, even the papers. It's about a girl. A girl named Talia."

"Who's the author?" Callum asks excitedly, hoping its what he wants it to be, a story about super heroes and bad guys.

Riley shakes her head.

"This one doesn't have an author. Talia tells her own story." She tells him in a soft and soothing voice.

Callum, a little disappointed, nods, looking expectantly as he waits for her to continue.

Riley takes a deep breath and opens her mouth to begin.
