Like mentioned before, Talia was perfect.
And again, that was only what people thought she was.
She was perfect on the outside.
There was many things people didn't know about the girl with the bright smile and golden hair.
There was a monster inside of Natalia, one she couldn't control, one that only she could see and feel. It hurt her, it made her sad and angry, filling her thoughts and emotions when all she wanted to be was happy.
It was like a fire breathing dragon inside of her, it stopped her from eating, it made her cry when she was on the verge of sleep at night, tear stains on her pillow.
People didn't notice it, it was invisible. A part of her they couldn't see.
She had started dressing differently that summer, her clothes weren't as tight and her hair wasn't as bright. Her eyes no longer shone and her smile was almost gone. The darkness under her eyes invisible beneath her makeup.
The monster was slowly killing her and nobody seemed to notice it.
