Becca's P.O.V

I groaned in pain. Serious pain that wouldn't stop pounding against my skull. I reached around the bed feeling for Liam. I didn't bother to open my eyes or make noise, it'll only make it worse.

I heard the door open and I groaned again. And his pace quickened as he came over to me

"Bab-" I cut him off I couldn't handle noise right now. He kissed my palm and then whispered.

"I'll get your meds..." he whispered and kissed my forehead.

He came back with a glass water and two pills. I quickly took them and laid my head on his chest when he came to lay on the bed with me. He just sat with me until I fell asleep again.

I woke up to a soft hum of music coming from across the room. It was Liam doing home work at his desk.

"I'm sorry" I said apologizing for having caused so much trouble

"Don't be sorry Becca I would do anything for you!" He said not turning around he was chewing on a pen. It was rather adorable.

I walked up behind him and put my arms around his broad shoulders. and kissed his neck. He shuddered with happiness, And he smiled.

"I love you..." he said turning the chair to face me. I sat on his lap facing him my legs straddling his waist. I kissed him hard and then pulled away

"I love you too Liam." And then he pulled my face back to his. I got up when I realized I needed to shower. He whined in annoyance. And I just giggled and padded my way to the bathroom.

When I got out there was a piece of paper on the ground. I picked it up it read

-Your eyes

And I took a couple of steps and there was another

-Your smile

And I looked up and there were five more leading out the door I picked each up and read them

-The way you laugh

-Your lips

-You make me happy

-We have too much fun

-You invest in everything

All of them were sweet and made my heart melt but as I followed them I noticed something in the corner of my eye. It was Liam laying down more papers. I pretended that I didn't see him and just followed the papers all the way to a park bench where he was sitting casually. I sat next to him with all the cards in my hand.

"That's a big stack of papers you've got there!" he said sarcastically

"I know it's crazy!"

"Your boy must really love you...."

"Yeah I know he does.." I laid my head on his shoulder

"Becca, the bad dream you had made me start thinking." and he turned to face me. I pulled my legs up and crossed them on the bench. I nodded trying to see where this was going.

"I can't marry you it would hurt to much to loose you...I can't give you children there's not enough time...I can't make you graduate school doesn't work that way.." I laughed wiping my eyes remembering the horrible dream.

He continued "But I can promise you," he pulled out a box "that I will love you for as long as you live how ever long you live it doesn't matter.... I love you Becca so much." he said opening the box revealing a small ring.

It was nothing huge but it was a small silver band with three crystals on the top one big one in the middle and two small ones on the sides. I attacked him. I legit just tackled him on the bench. I kissed him and told him I love him a thousand times. He laughed and slowly pulled my promise ring off, replacing it with the ring he got me.

When you only have so much time left I completely understood what he meant and I was okay with it.

Liam's P.O.V

She just tackled me and I laughed she was adorable and perfect. I couldn't believe I would lose her sooner than I wanted so I gave her a ring. Only so she knew that if we weren't in the situation that we were I would marry her.

But sense we don't have time for that this was the next best thing. When I slipped her promise ring off her eyes sparkled with excitement. She knew what I meant.
