Tuesday started, and Yoongi was out of the house at almost the same time he was on his first day. Yoongi was already dreading first period as he got on the train, not knowing exactly what was going to happen. As soon as he stepped through the door of classroom 3-A, Jimin was on his feet, walking over to where Yoongi was with his blinding smile present on his face.

"Good morning, Yoonji! Excited for another day of school?" He asked, following Yoongi as he took his seat.

He shrugged, taking out his school supplies, "I guess. You seem pretty happy this morning."

With a loud giggle, Jimin's smile grew, "It's a new day, with new possibilities!"

A scoff came front Jeongguk's direction, and the young man turned around with a sharp glare directed towards the class president, "Your stupid laugh is too loud."

"You're extra rude today, Jeogguk," Jimin's smile faded, replaced with a pouty frown.

As Jeongguk was about to respond, the doors to the classroom opened and Taehyung happily walked in. After waving and sending a smile towards Yoongi, the brunet rushed over to Jeongguk, barraging the younger teen with interesting facts about space.

While observing his classmates for the next three days, Yoongi had noticed that Taehyung seemed to shower Jeongguk with affection. Whenever the hot blooded teen would yell at him, he'd deflate for a few minutes but would pop right back up, spouting random information again. Taehyung and Jimin were also close, they'd sit close together and whisper, giggling profusely while beaming at each other.
Another inseparable duo in the class was Namjoon and Seokjin. Although both had tried to flirt with Yoongi at first, it seemed as if they only had done it to get the other's attention. The two doted on each other like a married couple, and although they tried to hide their affections, they completely failed. Hoseok and Namjoon were rather close, as whenever Hoseok wasn't with Yoongi, he was with Namjoon, talking passionately about books and philosophy.

Yoongi knew that interacting with his classmates was distracting him from accomplishing his mission, but he couldn't help but spend time he could use gathering information joking around with Hoseok, teasing Jimin, or spending time with his other classmates. He knew that the fight between Chained and Sanguine was approaching fast, and had little to no details as to why the fight was going on or who would be there, and he could only guess where the fight would be going down. On friday, Yoongi had a stroke of luck when he began to ask Namjoon about the gangs.

"Chained and Sanguine are fighting it out tomorrow at the junkyard, so I'd avoid that part of town if I were you. I don't think it's going to escalate too much, but you don't wanna get caught up with them," the olive haired teen had said once Yoongi asked.

He only had the rest of Friday plus Saturday morning and afternoon to come up with a plan on what to do during the fight, and it seemed like Hoseok noticed that Yoongi was preoccupied with something. The orange haired boy brought the topic up during lunch.

"Is something on your mind, Yoonji?" He asked as they sat with Namjoon and Seokjin in the cafeteria, the later two engaged in a very passionate conversation about something Yoongi didn't care about.
"Nah, I'm just tired," was Yoongi's response, but he could tell that Hoseok didn't buy his excuse.

However, the orange haired teen just smiled sweetly at Yoongi, "I get the feeling. If you need anything, I'm here for you, okay?"

With an noncommittal hum, Yoongi swiftly changed the subject, dragging Namjoon and Seokjin into the conversation to further distract Hoseok. As Yoongi listened to Namjoon and Hoseok bicker with a small smile on his face, he felt a hand on his shoulder. When Yoongi turned around, he saw Jimin, smiling sweetly at him.

"Is this seat taken?" Jimin asked, gesturing to the empty seat on Yoongi's left.

After Yoongi nodded, Jimin sat down, eyes darting from person to person at the table, "How are you adjusting to our school? Is everything going okay?"

With a small snort, Yoongi smirked at Jimin, "What are you, my mom?"

Jimin looked flustered, making Yoongi laugh quietly, "I'm just playing with you. Everything's fine."

"Oh, I'm glad," Yoongi could see Hoseok sending sharp looks towards Jimin out of the corner of his eyes.

Hoseok was soon smiling again, chiming in, "Isn't it Seokjin's job to be our mom, though?"

The orange haired teen giggled as Seokjin huffed, "Well, you all act like children so someone has to take care of you!"

As Jimin was chatting enthusiastically with Yoongi, Taehyung came out of nowhere, arms wrapping around the blonde's shoulders.

The brunet squealed, head resting on the blonde's,"Jiminie, I missed you!"

"It's been one class period, Taetae," the class president giggled, used to Taehyung's behavior.

Since Jimin was distracted by Taehyung, Hoseok quickly grabbed Yoongi's attention, making Jimin frown. However, Taehyung was whining loudly in Jimin's ear, and he couldn't just ignore his best friend.
Soon enough, the school day was over and Yoongi was taking the train back home. As soon as he stepped through the door, he was hit with the smell of his mother's cooking, something he hadn't experienced in a while. Normally, Jiae would be at work until the late hours of the day, but she was back early.

"Yoongi! Welcome home!" Jiae emerged from the kitchen, placing two plates of curry and rice on the table, "I'm cooking dinner tonight, so no need to get takeout."

Yoongi cheered, throwing his bag and shoes on the floor and rushing over the table, only to be held back by his mother.

"Change first," he huffed overdramatically but complied, quickly returning to the table and proceeding to stuff his face.

Jiae laughed, watching her son devour the food, "Is everything going well at school and with your mission?"

Yoongi paused eating to respond, "Yeah. The gangs are having a fight tomorrow evening, so I'm gonna go watch and see if anything important happens."

"I know you're trained for this, but make sure to stay safe, okay? You're still my baby," Jiae's words made Yoongi groan with embarrassment.

Yoongi enjoyed having dinner with his mom for once, and was soon off to get ready to go to sleep. He knew tomorrow would be eventful, and hoped that he could get more information about the gangs at the fight.
