Just Like A Wind [Kaisoo]

Chapter 33

Changing.

A word that Kyungsoo can use to describe the happenings in his and Jongin's relationship right now. It's all changing. Everything is not normal and usual in what it supposed to be. Jongin is being distant these past few days and Kyungsoo could all do was sit in their veranda late at night crying.

Jongin is being very busy lately that he can't even attend on their group's promotions, interviews and shows. He's been hanging out and spending most of his time with the issued girl with him. The couple didn't talked to each other since the news was reported and since the both of them were very busy with their schedules.

The group will be promoting their comeback album in a few days, without Jongin. And what bothers Kyungsoo a lot was the point that he almost can't join them in their promotions and other appearances because of that damn issue. He thinks that maybe their fans would be worried or be disappointed for his sudden absence.

But all the members knew the truth. They knew why Kyungsoo was being spaced out when they were having a conversation on such things, especially when it comes to Jongin. They knew why Kyungsoo's eyes don't shine like they used to, it's blank and emotionless. Emotionless to the point that it could drown you and drew your soul far away in the middle of the dark.
But they didn't seem to notice how Kyungsoo gets pale each day. His skin is changing and his losing weights.

He knows it could lead into something and can be bad for his career but he can't do anything with it. Everyday that had passed, his usual routines also changed. Waking up, eating, rehearsing with the other members, eat again and get some rest. Crying is also included in his new daily routine. He can't stop himself from crying until he fell asleep. He usually does it on their veranda. Letting the cold wind touches his skin and the sky to join him in his emotions.

But yesterday was different. He was in his room, laying on his bed and letting his tears flow down his cheeks. He's silently crying. Knowing that Jongin is just sleeping on the other bed. Yes, on the other bed. The younger decided to sleep there since the both of them were still broken. He thinks that it would be good, for the both of them. But not for Kyungsoo. He misses how Jongin would scoot to him closer and hug his waist tighter when it's cold, like Kyungsoo would run away from their room.

He misses Jongin's warmth. He misses everything.

He misses him.

But he can do nothing about it. He can't do anything because he doesn't know how or when to go near him and talk about their problem.

"Kyungsoo, you okay?" The boy suddenly asked him. He sat beside Kyungsoo before handing him a bottled water. He looked at his friend, Baekhyun. The male was the one who looked over Kyungsoo for the past days. He was the one to remind him that he shouldn't skip his meal and he should always take care. Kyungsoo's career was his reason to keep living his life, his fans who kept cheering and supporting their group. If it wasn't for his career, he would rather choose to be dead by now.

He looks up to him. "I'm good." He responded, a small smile creeping up to his face. Baekhyun just nodded at him. He knows what Kyungsoo is feeling. He's always like this, he'll always say that he's okay even if he's hurting inside. He even said that he's fine when the issue just appeared out of the blue. Kyungsoo may be a good pretender, but he can't hide his feelings on his best friend. The brunette can always say wether Kyungsoo is sad, happy, or hurting. He can see it easily on his eyes.

Kyungsoo may not be talking but his eyes usually answers your question. His eyes talks a lot.

"Yup, your good. You're always good. But Kyungsoo, you know you can't fool me," he sighed. "You need to let it go. Don't keep it to yourself. I know that this," he pointed at Kyungsoo's heart. "This is wounded, it's breaking into pieces." Kyungsoo could only stare at his friend. No, he can't be a burden to his members. He knows that it will be over soon. He believes that all wounds heal by time. He could get over it. All he need is time. Time could fix him. He knows it. He believes in it.
