Terrance thought to himself if whether he should make a run for it or stay. His thoughts were interrupted by the flashing red and blue lights that got closer and now stopped beside his car. The siren turned off as Terrance heard the footsteps of two officers come towards him. One peered through his window as Terrance rolled it down.

"What's the deal,eh?" one officer spoke. "You got somewhere important to be?"

"My wife, she's about to go into labor. I-I need to get to her so we can go to the hospital. She's home alone," stammered Terrance.

"Looks more like your taking her to the derby race!" chuckled the officer. His partner gave him a pat on the back and started laughing also. Terrance took this moment for himself. As the officers were busy laughing, one took out his ticket pad and started to write the ticket up.

Terrance reached into the storage compartment of the car and slowly took out his revolver. He quickly slipped it behind his back before the officers saw. As the officer ripped off the ticket the other yelled out, "You forgot the license plate number, I'll check it out."

As he went to the back of the car, Terrance bolted it's the door open into the second officer's gut and jumped out. The other office from behind the car came running to the sound and shouted "Hey freeze!" and started to reach for his gun. Terrance pointed his gun at him and shot his left arm. The officer yelled in pain as the other officer started to get up on his feet. Terrance took the gun out of his holster and hit his temple with the gun as well. He then shot at the officer's head as blood started to pour out of him. Terrance smiled to himself as he jumped back into his car after looking for any witnesses. He had escaped capture once again.
