You wanted to run but your legs didn't obey. You stood there, frozen in place, terrified, as if your body was just waiting for you to be eaten alive. It was useless either way because he was way faster than you. Everything you could do, was to close your eyes and to wait for what was going to happen next.

Jaebum shot up and dashed towards you, pushing the two of you against the wall. He didn't even wait but instantly pushed his sharp teeth inside your soft flesh. You couldn't do anything, neither scream nor defend yourself. You were helpless and as you felt the blood being sucked out of your body and the last thing you heard before you blacked out, were yells.

He had never tasted anything sweeter than her blood. The taste sent shivers down his spine and he couldn't stop himself anymore. It sent him into pure ecstasy. He felt her body becoming heavier in his arms but didn't care. Until he was dragged away from her. He fought with all his strength against his friends but together they were stronger. He could barely hear what BamBam, Mark and Jackson were saying, it felt as if his ears were numb. Then he saw her face. Her eyes closed, mouth slightly agape, blood running down her body, she was still beautiful. Then, he felt a slap across his face. "Are you stupid?" It was Mark. He shook his head to gain back power over his body. The grip on his arms loosened and Youngjae and Yugyeom carried her away. "No!" Jaebum screamed and his friends held him back once again.

What had he done? Why couldn't he stop himself? Was he really this weak? He felt guilty and sad. She will most definitely never see him again, she must be scared to death.

"Junior, why did you bring her here? Are you crazy? Jaebum almost killed her!" Jackson started to scold his younger friend. "That's the freaking point! Why was she even in this apartment in the first place? He knew how dangerous it would be but brought her here anyways! She had to realize what a monster he is!"

Junior was right. It was wrong to bring her here but Jaebum also couldn't just let her lay there.

"Are you sure she's going to be alright?" Jaebum asked BamBam for the hundredth time. The younger one just threw an annoyed glance at him. "Let me see her" but BamBam just shook his head.

It had already been a couple of days since she was sleeping and Jaebum's friends wouldn't even let him go to her. He just wanted to make sure she was alright. He wanted to apologize and explain himself.

"I'm afraid you won't ever be able to see her" What did Mark just say? "Wha- NO!" Jackson put a hand on his shoulder. "It's better this way. Once she's awake we'll take her home" No, no, that's not what he had planned. "B-but I want to apologize to her! Let me at least try, please" He begged and his friends show each other a look. Jackson was shrugging, but Mark and BamBam seemed to agree. "Fine, but one of us will come with you, just in case"

Jaebum felt relieved but also bad, his friends didn't even trust him. Sure he was a monster, but it was an accident, he would've never hurt her if he hadn't been so hungry. But he could at least talk to her.

You immediately shot up into a sitting position. Taking a deep breath, you took in your surroundings. You felt pain on your shoulder and neck, then it hit you. He had bit you. You had to lay down again to cope with all the memories shooting through your mind. Your body started to shiver, even though it was warm in there and tears started run down your cheeks. His friend had been right. You should've left as soon as you could. And that's what you wanted to do now. You sat up again but because you did that too quickly, you started to feel dizzy. After you took some deep breaths and the dizziness faded, you stood up, heading straight for the door. As you were about to push down the handle to open the door, it was already being pushed down and the door was opened.
