"What is she doing here Jaebum?" Jackson asked him confused, pointing towards the girl laying on the floor unconscious. Jaebum didn't know what he should tell him. "Um... let's just take her somewhere safe first" He suggested and lifted her up bridal style. She had some wounds from the mysterious man but nothing too serious. What would she be thinking now that she'd seen this? He had to tell her truth, right? "Silly girl" He thought as he admired her sleeping face. "Yeah, let's go"
"Who is that?" Junior, another friend of Jaebum, asked annoyed and slightly scared as they came through the door with her in Jaebum's arms. He motioned Jackson to explain everything to their friend while he brought her into his room. There, he carefully laid her onto his bed and wrapped her into the blanket. He sat there for a few moments, hoping she was alright and preparing himself for what was about to happen. With a sigh he left her and went over to his friends.
"YOU DID WHAT?" He could already hear Junior yell. "Well, you know I-I ... I'm sorry" Jackson apologized and Junior just sighed.
"And what about you, Jaebum? Do you know this woman? Who is she and why was she involved in the row? Don't you know how dangerous it will be if she finds out what we are?! Why did you act so careless? Just once, think about us too, ok?!" He was scolding him, fuming with anger. Jaebum motioned him to sit down and also calm down. "I met her at a club yesterday night and she just happened to be at the same place as we were! I don't know why she butted in but we can't change anything about that now. I also don't think that she can remember anything about this night so you don't have to worry! And I'm always thinking of you and you know that! Everything just happened so fast..." He explained and hoped that Junior's anger would slowly vanish, since he hated arguing with his friends. With a calmer voice he added "And if she knows what we are, Bambam can just make her forget everything, did you forget that? Don't underestimate us, we can help us out on our own" With that he left them and went back into his room.
There, he sat down on the couch and thought about her. What would happen to her? He didn't like the idea of Bambam erasing her memory, so he hoped she had already lost it. He let his head fall into his hands. Why did this all have to happen?
All of a sudden, the door was opened quietly and Jackson stepped in. He felt pity for his friend and the woman. After taking a look at the sleeping girl in the bed, he went over to Jaebum.
"I'm sorry" He sincerely said but just got a weak nod as an answer. "Look, I'm really sorry for what happened but the most important thing is that we are all safe now, right?" As Jaebum didn't answer again and not even into his direction looked, he asked him about her. "Is she ok?" Then immediately, Jaebum shot him a glance. "What do you care about her?" He sharply said and Jackson lifted his hands up to defend himself. "I was just asking. Do you think she knows?" Jaebum just shrugged. "I hope she doesn't. And I also hope that she won't remember anything. By the way, who was that man and what did you to make him this angry?" He quickly changed the subject and pointed towards the wound on his shoulder. He didn't want to talk to Jackson about her.
He told Jaebum that he, without knowing who she was, flirted with the woman of another clan's leader and he was really angry about that. The man that attacked him though, was just one of his servants, not the leader himself.
Then, there was silence between the two friends for a while, since each one still had to process what had happened and think of a way to solve the problems.
"You like her, right?" Jackson said all of a sudden. Jaebum's cheeks heated up without him knowing and he quickly shook his head. "Ah don't lie to me! I know you too well!" He joked and Jaebum sighed. "I can't like a human woman. Junior would kill me if he found out"

You woke up feeling dizzy. The bed you were laying in felt pretty unfamiliar and as you propped yourself up on your elbows you noticed that you were in a poorly lit room. Where were you? You tried to remember what the last thing was that had happened but your head hurt too much, so you decided to find out where you were instead. Without another thought you jumped out of the bed.
"Ouch!" You whined as you fell back into the bed almost immediately. Your legs must be hurt. There were a few light and a few deep scratches and they burned like sh*t. You also found some more wounds, some on your arms and some on your neck. What the hell had happened? Someone must've heard you since the door was slightly opened and someone stuck his head through the opening. It was too dark to make out who it was but the person then turned on the light switch and in the door frame was standing someone you had never seen before. The guy looked rather cute and innocent but you didn't know what he had in mind.
Panic started to rise up inside of you and you tried to get as much room between the two of you as possible. You screamed for help but the person just stared chuckling, as if he was laughing at your actions. Tears started to form in your eyes. Was this a bad joke? You prayed that this was all just a nightmare.
"Don't worry. I won't hurt you, I promise" The man spoke calmly but you were still cautious. You rubbed the tears away and tried to steady your voice. "Who are you? Where am I and why am I here?"
He slowly tried to approach you but with every step he took, you just pressed your body even harder against the wall. With a sigh he took a seat on the bed, giving up. "Believe me, I won't do anything to you" He tried to calm you down and started to explain himself.
Apparently, his name was Bambam and he was one of Jaebum's friends. As you heard his name, your anger and fear seemed to slowly fade away, you felt safe. He told you that they brought you to their apartment after you lost consciousness last night.
Then, as if something was triggered in your mind, you started to remember what had happened.
"Where is he? Is he ok? Who was the guy that bit him? And why did he bite him?!" The questions just flooded out of you and Bambam was just about to open his mouth to answer you as the door swung open again.
