Emily's POV.

I admired myself in the mirror, I knew I would have to make more of a effort today considering I was spending it with Luke, I just didn't feel ready to go all out. I wasn't sure I was ready to be out in the public eye again after the shopping trip yesterday, but being his last day I knew I would regret not meeting him forev er and I don't want anymore regrets in life.

I decided on a denim look skate skirt which was high waisted paired with a white crop top with capped sleeves and white converse all stars with a pair of short white socks with a frilled top. u brushed through my naturally straight hair and decided against make up as I expected I would cry at some point today as I had for the last 23 days. She knew she had to put on a brave face for Luke on his last day.

She ran up to him almost bouncing straight into his arms as he waited on the corner of her driveway

"Emily" he says engulfing her in a big hug "it's great to see you again" he adds

"it's great to see you too" she replies "so what's the plan for today?"

"well I hadn't planned anything and I didn't know what you would like doing but as you seem quite bubbly I was thinking theme park?" he suggests

"sounds perfect, I love them, I'll drive" she said running up to her car jumping in the drivers seat and he follows climbing into the passengers

"of we go then" he says smiling and for a second their eyes just lock on eachother completely smitten in eachothers presence

Theme park:

"stop being such a wimp" Emily exclaimed running over to the biggest roller coaster in the park

"it's so big though, like what if I scream and make a idiot out of myself" he wimpers while following closely behind her

"you'd look like a idiot if you didn't scream, come on, I'll hold your hand little lukey" she said teasing him

He soon agreed and followed her up onto the ride where they took the front two seats "ready?" she asks entwining her fingers in his and squeezing tightly

"well there's no turning back now" he replies just as the ride begins

"two key rings please" Luke says handing the money to the women behind the counter, she walks off for a second then returns with two key rings with a picture of Emily and himself on the rollercoaster

"here you go" he says holding on out to Emily

She took it admiring the picture, she had the biggest smile on her face whereas Luke look so scared and between them their hands still holding tightly to eachother

"it's to remember me, when I leave tomorrow"

"I'll miss you Luke" she says pushing the keyring into her pocket and engulfing him in a hug

"I'll miss you too Emily, we'll keep in contact though" he wraps his arms tightly around her squeezing and lighting her slightly so her feet raise of the ground "I promise"
