Lucas p.o.v

I ended up getting another 2 weeks of detention for creating a scene in the hallway.

I'm meeting up with Zay at a little bakery called Topanga's in about an hour, once this days detention is over, or at least until the teacher falls asleep.

Maya p.o.v

I told my mom what had happened at school today and she just said that I needed to stand up for my self.

Mariah and I are hanging out at my house right now. I'm debating on telling her about the plan or not, but I'm thinking I should.

"Hey, Mariah? Can I talk to you about something ?" I asked.
"Yeah, of course" she replied.

So I explained the plan to her and she was very understanding. "Thanks for telling me " Mariah said.

Lucas p.o.v

Zay and I are at the bakery "Topanga's " right now and I'm telling him what happened at school and he said I shouldn't have gotten detention and that they probably deserved it.
"I'll help you deal with her tomorrow " Zay said and I agreed.

Maya p.o.v

Mariah left about 20 minutes ago so I was just cleaning my room when my mom came in.
"Hey, the Friars are coming over for dinner so you need to keep up the act"
Mom said. "Okay" I said.

Lucas p.o.v

I was hanging out with Zay when my mom (Lauren Friar) called me.
Phone conversation -
"Lucas, you need to come home now, we're going to some friend's house for dinner" my mom said. "Fine" I said and hung up the phone.

I just got home and my parents are already dragging me out of the house.
"Where are we going? " I asked once we got in the car. "My friend Katy's house for dinner! " Mom said excitedly.

Maya p.o.v

I was helping my parents set the table when there was a knock on the door.
"Can you get that?" My dad asked me. "Yeah" I replied.

Lucas p.o.v

I knocked on the door and when it opened I saw the one person that I didn't want to see.
