"Seijuro, wait!" Amaya shouted, gathering the attention of the remaining people walking in the hallways.

Akashi rolled his heterochromatic eyes, stopping briefly. They were both on their way to basketball club.

"Haven't I told you dozens of times to stop calling me 'Seijuro?' We're not familiar with each other, so we shouldn't refer to each other using our first names." He affirmed, facing the unaffected blonde.

"Okay. Seijuraho then." She smiled.

"Kirishima-san, I do not tolerate such stupid people calling me absurd and uncalled for nicknames. Now, if you excuse me."

He turned to leave. Acting impetuously, Amaya grasped his wrist in an attempt to get Akashi to stay.

"Don't act like that, Seijuraho! Besides, I'm not stupid, I happen to be on par with you test wise." She argued childishly.

A blush adorned his cheeks at the simple touch of her hand. Muttering profanities at his weak resolve, he pushed his wrist towards him harshly, pushing her to let go of her grip.

"Of course you're on par with me, Kirishima-san. You're an heir to a demanding business, you have to have flawless grades." He stated stoically, like he was repeating the words of someone in the past. Like they were quotes permanently engraved into his mind.

A silence enveloped them, turning the environment eerie. After a few seconds, Amaya was the first to talk.

"Seijuro... Did you break-"

He walked away swiftly from Amaya, making sure to put all the speed he could into his steps. He knew what she was going to say, and deep in his heart, he knew he would have broke if he had let her continue.

"Tch. What an annoying weakness." Akashi remarked, forcing his raging thoughts at bay.

-

"Maya-chan! Duck!" Reo's voice shouted from the court.

"Huh? Where?" She questioned.

Her green eyes flashed gold as she sensed an approaching object flying towards her at a rapid speed. If it successfully made contact with her, Amaya was certain that the basketball would hit her straight in the head.

Clicking her tongue at the short amount of time she had spent contemplating, Amaya proceeded to catch the ball one handed in mid-air, a unamused look overtaking her usually bright features.

"Akashi-kun, we are playing basketball, not dodgeball." She articulated, sarcasm lacing her tone.

Expecting an apology, all she got back was a smug looking smirk in reply.

The team froze at the use of his last name. The Three Uncrowned Kings shivered at the uncanny aura, deeming it as the same feeling to when they had their 3v1 match.

The golden tint left her eyes, leaving behind her familiar viridescent irises.

"What fast reflexes." Eikichi commented.

"Sorry, Kirishima-san." Akashi smirked, although his tone didn't sound very sorry at all.

Using her left hand that was carrying the ball, she proceeded to whack him on the head.

"That's!"

Slap.

"For!"

Thump.

"Purposely!"

Punch.

"Targeting my head , B-Bakashi!" She stuttered, narrowing her eyes at the seemingly unaffected red-head.

'Young love.' The Rakuzan team sweatdropped.

A lightbulb appeared on top of Kotaro's head, with a secret smug smile, he whispered something to Reo.

"Sei-chan and Maya-chan? Please can you get a spare jersey for Kotaro? He appears to have ripped his." Reo requested to the bickering pair.

"What do you mean? It's perfectly intact." Akashi replied in an obvious tone, glancing at the pristine like jersey.

In less than a second, Kotaro stole Akashi's scissors from God knows where, plastering an innocent and angelic smile as he fondles over the now ripped fabric.

"See, it's broken now."

Amaya gave the blond a deadpanned look. Deciding to comply with his dumb request before Kotaro could destroy the rest of the gymnasium, she grasped Akashi's hand and pulled him to the supply cupboard, where the spare jerseys were kept.

She glances at the dimmed room around her, digging at the cardboard box. She knew exactly what the pair had done and what the pair were planning  to do.

'Those two have no originality.' She thought to herself.

'Wait, how did I even manage to get Seijuro here, with no complaint whatsoever?'

"Sei-"

"No."

"But-"

"No." He shot her a warning glare, clearly in an attempt to silence her. It didn't work, however.

"How cold. I was going to tell you something important, Kotaro and the others locked us in this room." Amaya drawled, seemingly bored.

With a look of alarm, the red-head sprinted towards the doorknob, only to find it locked.

"Reo! Kotaro! Eikichi! Let us out at once!" Akashi demanded, banging loudly on the steel door of the supply cabinet.

A few muffled snickers were heard outside.

"How dare you defy me! My orders are absolute!"

What happened next, should be a moment recorded in history books.

Unbeknownst to Amaya, her foot skidded over a shuttlecock, making her inevitably lose her balance.

And she fell...

On a short, unknowing red-head.

"Oof!" She spluttered, waiting for the impact that never came.

Instead, she was met with a soft, pillow like landing, her uncoordinated body falling directly on top of this... Pillow. She breathed in the musky scent, letting the strong yet sweet smell fill her nostrils.

Realisation struck her mind. 'Pillows didn't smell like this. And they certainly do not breathe under you.'

Unable to contain her blush, heterochromatic irises met her summer green ones.

"Okay, Sei-chan! You win, we'll let you out- AHHHH!" Reo screamed along with the rest of the Rakuzan's players (minus Mayuzumi, who just stood there indifferently) as they viewed the scene in front of them.
