Chapter 1

CHAPTER 1

"Are you sure you guys are ready to do this?" I said reluctantly turning back to my three friends. We were about to do something like nothing we have ever done before. "Molly, are you okay?" I turned around looking at her worried face. She looked as if she was about to throw up. "Molly, chill out. No one's going to find out." Adam said demandingly. "Adam, Priscilla, I honestly don't know if I can do this." Molly said with a scratch in her voice. "Why? You were in on it before.. Why chicken out now?" Jase asked with a little laugh coming on. It was 1:28 AM. We all four stepped into the medium sized house. It all started now.

Hey guys this is just like one of those beginnings where you read and see what happens in the middle of the book so I hope you enjoyed the first part! I'll post more tomorrow!

It was a rainy Tuesday afternoon whenever me and my three best friends, Jase, Molly, and Adam were sitting at our normal lunch table. Wait- I should probably introduce myself. My name is Priscilla Underwood. I am 16 years old and go to Girard Academy. (That's a private school in Pennsylvania.) My three best friends are Molly Gail, Jase Winchester, and Adam Longwell. We were all juniors at Girard. Molly was medium-sized and very smart. She had naturally wavy dark brown hair. Adam was a bit taller than all of us. He had brown hair as well, and really deep blue eyes. Jase was very joke-like. He was tall-but not taller than Adam. He had light brownish hair and sparkling emerald eyes. I was short, brown hair and blue eyes. Very simple. Nothing more. Nothing less.

We were all sitting at lunch talking about what we'd be doing over winter break. The plan was to go up to Utah and go to Park City to ski and what not, but with the weather not being to good here, those plans might change. 

"Truth or-." Adam tried to get out before Molly stopped him. 

"Don't even think we're going to play that."  Molly said sounding annoyed. 

"Why not Molly? We need to have a little fun every once in a while, I mean, you're kind of a dead beat." Jase said trying not to sound rude. 

"I am not a dead beat! Right Priscilla?" Molly yelled. 

"Well...." I said not trying to be rude. 

"Well then I have an idea." Molly said sternly and it scared us all. 

"What?" I asked. 

"Alright, well since were going up to Utah next week for winter break, we should do something a little exciting." Molly said sounding interested in her own voice. 

"Like..." I said wondering what in the world she was talking about. 

"We should break the law." She said with a smirk coming upon her face.

"Are you crazy?" I said almost yelling so almost the whole class at lunch could here. 

"I'm in!" Adam said immediately. 

Of course Adam was in. Adam would do anything that involved trouble or crime. The only thing that kept pondering in my mind was, what crime did she have in mind? This was so unlike Molly, and if anyone found out about this except us, she- I mean we'd be in for it.

"Well, I think we should start a fight." Molly said sounding like a fight was something extreme. 

"A fight? Really Molly? We're not twelve." Jase said laughing. 

"I know, but if we start the fight for no reason, we'll be sure to get into trouble!" Molly said filled with excitement. 

"Molly, again, we're not twelve If it was a crime- I'd do murder!" Adam said. 

"What? That's a little extreme! Don't ya think?" Molly questioned. 

"You said crime- So let's get crazy with it!" Jase said. 

"But murder is a little much. I mean- taking the life of someone else? That'd be just like You guys' mom or dad being murdered. Don't you know how bad the loved ones of that person would feel?" Molly said. 

"Okay, well let's go up to Utah next week, and if anyone 'deserves' to be murdered, then it will happen." Adam said sounded like he was trying to be creepy. 

"Fine. But NOBODY. And I mean NOBODY can find out about this, okay? Promise you guys?" Molly said sounding more worried like she had already commited a crime. 

"Promise." The rest of us had said, knowing that this would be a big secret to keep.
