I guess the conversation was kind of awkward after that because we all just stopped talking and everyone got up and left. It didn't take long for me to get home because I was eager to get home and read my new book. I know, doesn't sound much like me, but it seems like a really good book by the description of it. it's about a girl who falls in love with a criminal and her dad won't let her date him but she'll do anything to get her dads approval of him. Seems good, right? Well, we have to write a book report about the book and I think the dad won't give the them his approval and that he will accuse him of a crime that the dad committed. OH MY GOSH! I didn't even think about this. What if we get caught for our crime? Oh my gosh! Did Jase, Molly, and Adam even think about this? Well, Molly will come up with something to make sure they couldn't trace it back to us. I looked at my clock, it was 11:34 P.M. It was later than I thought. I had to get to bed.

The next morning was pretty rough. I woke up late and skipped breakfast. It was miserable. I drove to school and realized that it was Friday! The last day until we took off for winter break! And the last day until we had to start preparing for our little crime. I guess I was caught in a daze or something because I ran straight into Trey (My crush).

"Um- Sorry." I said looking down the whole time. I guess I hadn't noticed that I dropped my books.

"Priscilla! Wait! You dropped your books!" He yelled.

I turned around to see that he was holding them.

"Thanks." I said with a smile.

"You're welcome." He said smiling back.

I turned around and started walking. I can't believe he actually knew who I was. I kept walking til' I ran into Jase.

"Hey P!" Jase said kind of nudging me.

"I told you not to call me that." I said.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing. Just I'm really scared about this break." I said kind of with a shiver going up my spine.

"You're still worried about this? Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked.

"Yeah, I'm not going to chicken out." I said.

"Okay..." He said with a sing-song voice.

I really hoped that I was not going to chicken out. This was a big deal, and my friends were counting on me.
