His last words were something else. I mean, how was it going to be epic?
"Hey guys, quick question. Why are we doing it tonight, and not the last night?" I asked.
"Well, if we get there and then we just fleed all of a sudden, people would get suspicious." Molly said.
"Exactly, so if we kill them tonight, then we can just hang out and be cool the rest of the time." Jase added in.
"Okay, I guess that makes since." I said.
It didn't to me though. We could kill them the night before we left, and then early that morning we could head out. Only part of it made since to me though. The people getting suspicious. If we just fled all of a sudden, it would make people wonder. But if it was our last day, we could just kill them and then check out of our hotel. Oh well, not my problem anymore.
"Hey, how much farther?" I asked trying to make conversation.
"A while, go to sleep or something." Jase responded.
"Just trying to make conversation." I said.
"Okay, I'll make conversation," Molly added in, "What are we going to do if there are other people in the house whenever we kill whoever we're killing?"
"I didn't think about that. I'll figure it out. Don't worry about it." Jase answered.
"Yeah, um, we gotta get the others out of the house or something." Adam said.
"But how?" I asked.
"We'll figure out something. Worst case, we put masks on and they don't see who did it." Jase said.
I put my headphones in. Drink A Beer by Luke Bryan came on. That made me think about something a little bit. Would we get drunk or go to any parties at all this week? I don't know, but I figured Adam and Jase would want to. You know who wouldn't want to? Molly. Because Molly doesn't like to break the rules and do bad things. So I didn't know if either 1, we were gonna leave Molly at the hotel, 2, we'd stay there with her, or 3, we'd talk her into coming with us. I didn't know if number three would work, so I guess we'd just hope for the best.
"Hey, can you help me study for my Spanish test? We have one the Tuesday we get back from school." Molly asked.
"Okay, sure. What do I ask you?" I asked. I've wanted to learn another language, so I think this would be a good oppurtunity to.
"Just say something in Spanish, which in a second I'll give you my Spanish book, and you say a phrase, and I tell you what it means. If it's right, keep going. If it's wrong, tell me and then ask me again later. Ask mainly the ones that are highlighted." She demanded as she handed me the large textbook.
"Okay, cómo está usted Molly?" I said.
"How are you Molly." She said.
"Okay. Next," I sighed. This was boring. "¿Cómo te sientes acerca de matar a alguien" I said. It took me a minute to get it out. It wasn't highlighted, so I wasn't sure about this.
"Um, what?" Molly asled.
"How do you feel about killing someone." I stated. Molly was smart, so why didn't she know that?
"I told you to give me the highlighted stuff, I haven't learned that yet." She said sounding mad.
"Sorry, I was just mixing it up." I apologized.
"Whatever, I'll study later." She said taking the book from my hand.
Why was she in such a bad mood? She stresses about tests all the time, so she probably had alot to think about. I had a test on Monday. A science test. I sucked at science. I was surprised that I had maintained an A average in there (barely, I have a 90), but our teacher gives us like 2 tests a month so it's not that hard. Plus, we have current events so I make easy 100's on those class grades. But the tests are what get me.
