Yay new chapter and this one was the most fun to write so far! This continues solely in Nikita's POV because her thoughts matter the most at the moment! I went with Mikky Ekko's Kids song but don't play until near the very end. A wrestling match maybe? Oh yes Cassie Steele as Shane the picture to the right is so her!

Also a shout out to Snickerbear12 for writing I Am Veronica, Floating, and I Am Chris! Books she wrote here on wattpad and are mentioned here in this chapter. Yeah... so go see what the fuss is all about? Give a snickerbear some love! She accepts kisses, hugs, Barnes and Noble gift cards, cash, gummy bears, and treats! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Nikita

Blake was sitting in one my chairs looking slightly nervous with his hands clenching his knees. Even though it was in the high nineties outside, he still wore a pair of long blue jeans. Mandy, Jenna, and even Shane were practically circled around him, just staring at him. Blake was trying to stare back but that was kind of hard to do with three people at once. It was kind of funny to watch.

Sean wasn't here yet. He insisted on driving us even though my mom's car had air conditioning. I'm usually am never a diva but this heat was too much! My dear best friends were going to head back their houses to get ready. Even though they were in the middle of a stare off. I was going to do some grocery shopping with Blake and Sean as part of our 'hangout' session. Someone ate the last bag of popcorn that was supposed to be for tonight and Jenna claimed it wasn't her.

Shane cleared her throat but Jenna beat her to it, "So what did you bring?"

Blake might have gulped but it was hard to tell and he took a few seconds delay before answering, "Um, movies."

"Is that really what you're going to wear?"

"Argh! Jenna that's really rude of you!" Mandy snapped.

Jenna faced her off with a wide eyed glare.

"I'm kind of like a cat," Blake responded masking whatever it was he was feeling, "It's like I never get hot."

Jenna tried to cover up her laugh with a cough.

"Come on guys," I said, "leave him alone. If you keep this up, he'll... leave. I would if I were in his place and we don't want that. Do we?"

"But come on dude," Shane acted like she never heard me, "let us help you out a bit."

Blake was defiant, "Sean never had a problem with what I wear."

Even I had to admit his ideal clothing style wasn't the best. He wore a loose T-shirt with a boring pair of blue jeans. My eyes raked up and down surely as Mandy was doing now.

"It's just... bland," Jenna said standing up now. She walked around him clockwise. "You have a cute butt. Why don't you show it off for once?"

Blake kept a blank face expression.

"Show some skin," Mandy joined in, "I'll bet you've got a great body under all of... that." The distaste in her voice was obvious.

"Like I said," Blake turned his nose up at us all and I guess I wasn't the true diva here after all, "I don't see why I should change. Sean likes me for who I am anyway." So Sean and Blake had 'that' kind of talk.

"Yeah well change has to happen," Shane said standing up herself to stand over by Jenna. "It's like you've got these naturally great lips us girls would kill to have."

"And no need for make up," Jenna added.

"Which you needlessly use too much of by the way."

"Speaking of which," Mandy said before they could argue, "what he needs is an unmakeover."
