I walked in the house and all the lights were off. I tried to flip the switch but it didn't seem to be working. My first guess was that James didn't pay the light bill or either he left the house and got the lights turned off.
I went straight to my room. I searched for some candles and a lighter. I lit five candles and sat them around the room. I was so hungry. I didn't eat before I left work. The last meal I had was lunch from school.
I swear, my life is crazy. I started going through Alot after my father left. I bet my life will never be the same.
I laid back on my bed thinking about everything that I've been through today. I thought that it would be a good day but I was so wrong. I cried, I got robbed, I got jumped, I'm starving, and now I'm in a house with no electricity.

I woke up to the sound of a big loud bang. It scared the mess out of me. I jumped up quickly with my right hand over my chest. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. It sounded like someone had flipped a table over.
I leaped out my bed, running to my door to see what was all the noise. When I opened the door, all I saw was glass everywhere. There were holes in the walls and the door was wide open. No one was in sight. The house looked like a tornado had went through it.
I was confused because I was hearing all that bumping and then when I come to check it out, no one was there. I know I'm not hearing things. So what was the problem.
I walked around the house and I didn't see my mom or James. I knew that it was probably James that made this mess. I flipped the light switch and the electricity was still off. I walked outside and I noticed the police pulling up and my mom rolling around on the cement. James was no where to be found.
I ran to see what my mother was doing rolling around on the ground. I asked her what was wrong but she didn't answer. She looked up at me and just turned her head. Her face was beaten up and she wore no expression what so ever. I was so worried about her. She was strong but she was wrong. She made wrong decisions. She followed the wrong path. She was always wrong and she looked all wrong.
The police shoved right pass me and grabbed my mother. She didn't say anything. She just allowed them to put the hand cuffs on her and put her in the car.
I had no clue why she was going to jail. I wanted to cry but I had to stay strong. I was tired of crying my eyes out when something went wrong. I didn't have anything to say. I was speechless. Words could not describe how I felt watching the police put my beat up mother in the police car and drive away.
I had to get away. I couldn't stay in that house waiting on something else bad to happen. I didn't think that James had gone to jail. If he hadn't got put in a police car, he probably would be back to the house. I have the worst luck in the world. I had no money and nothing to eat. I needed to take a walk. I needed to get lost. I needed to get out the neighborhood. I just couldn't stay home.
