Jewel I (In the beginning)

Chapter 19

        I felt bad for running away from Elijah. I loved him too but I didn't tell him. I don't know what I ran away. It hadn't even been three hours and I was missing him.

        I stood at his door and rang the door bell nonstop. I covered up the peephole so he couldn't see me.

        When he came to the door, he asked who it was but I didn't say anything. He opened the door and I jumped in his arms and gave him a long kiss. It was that kind of kiss that lead to sex.

        Renee and Michelle were still at his house. I could hear them saying awwl.

        "I love you too." I said.

        He put me down. He was about to say something but I beat him to it.

        "I know I have been being stupid but I'm sorry. I love you too. I was just upset that you haven't tried to make me your girl. I do want a relationship with you and I promise I will do what ever it takes to make everything work out. I'm down for you one hundred percent and I love you more than anything."

        "You just don't get it do you?"

        "excuse me?"

        "your already mines and I'm yours."

        I gave him a huge hug and kiss. He let me in the house and Renee gave me a hug. 

        "I'm glad you back. Now we can go." Said Renee.

        "where we going?" I asked curiously.

        "We need to go to the mall to find something for the out of school summer party." Said Michelle.

        "Oh. I didn't know anything about that."

        "Yeah. We gotta get something real cute. Come on Ej." Said Renee, grabbing her purse and walking to the door.

         Everyone followed behind her. We got in Elijah's Hummer and rode out.

        When we got to the mall, everything I picked up, Elijah brought it for me. Even when I told him that he didn't have to buy it, he brought it anyway. He also brought Renee what She wanted.

        He brought Michelle something but not as much stuff as he brought Renee and I. We went into the food court and got something to eat. Everyone and they Momma was at the mall.

         Elijah met some of his homeboys in the mall. They seemed pretty cool and a couple of them looked familiar.

        Renee, Michelle, and I talked and joked around while Elijah conversed with his boys.

        When we were finished eating, we stood up and told Elijah we were ready. Elijah was talking to somebody. I couldn't see their face but their head shape was familiar.

        When the guy turned around, my eyes widen at the sight of Claud. I couldn't believe he was cool with Elijah. I hadn't talked to him since that double date with Devon and ciroc.

       "The beautiful jewel. I thought you had went ghost on me." Said Claud.

        "you see me at school." I said with a little bit of spiciness

        "Right. But it's great to talk to you again."

        "I'm here with my boyfriend."

        "Well I don't see him."

        "I'm right here." Said Elijah. "Am I missing something?"
