ONE WEEK AFTER ENCOUNTER AT THE PIZZA PLACE-----------------------------------------------------------
"Hey Kennedy! What's up?" I call to Kennedy. She, Tyler, Saber, and a bunch of other kids are surrounding her and her laptop.
"GUESS WHAT CAMILLE? OMG YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE THIS BUT I WON THIS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST AND I GOT A BUNCH OF MY ANIMAL PHOTOS ON THE COOLEST WEBSITE EVER AND THE PIGEONS WON FIRST PLACE AND PEOPLE ARE WRITING GREAT COMMENTS AND IM SO EXCITED AND NOW IM UPLOADING MORE PICTURES TO THE WEBSITE AND OMG TOTES LOL SUPES AMAZING I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO LOAD I AM SO EXCITED AND POPULAR AND EVERYONE LOVES ME AND.. SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!!!!!!!!!"
Saber follows behind and puts her arm around Kennedy. "Kennedy is going to be our school's next celebrity! Reporters are coming to school tomorrow to interview her!"
"Good thing we went and got FROZEN YOGURT!" Tyler exclaims from behind her.
"Woah, that's awesome Kennedy!! Can I see the pictures?"
"Yeah! They put all my pictures on a slideshow and now they are going to show it in the library!"
"AWESOME! Let's go!" Kennedy and I take her laptop and run to the library , with the stampede of kids following us from behind.
"This is so exciting!"
"Great work Kennedy!"
"How did you get the pigeons to come that close to you?
" Is that a raspberry?"
"Whoa are you a celebrity now?"
"Cool!"
" I love those pictures Kennedy!"
"I cannot believe you took those photos Kennedy!"
Kids are surrounding Kennedy, showering her with compliments. I never realized she was that good of a photographer!
"Kennedy, can we see your video camera?
" Yeah!"
"We wanna see your camera KENNEDY!"
"CAMERA!"
"CAMERA! CAMERA!"
Kennedy pushes out of the group and runs toward me and Saber. Tyler is off doing cartwheels near the front of the crowd , and they seem to have temporarily forgotten the camera.
"Kennedy, where is your camera?" Saber asks, looking around.
" I left it in the cafeteria! Someone could steal it ! Could you two go and get it please, before study hall is over? "
"Sure Kennedy!" Saber says, and we run to study hall. Poor Kennedy. I bet she would be devastated if her camera was stolen.
" There it is! Thank god, it wasn't stolen!" Saber says, panting from the long run we had to get here.
"I know! Wait, why is the little card slot open?"
"OH NO!! CAMILLE DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS??!!!"
"No! What is it? What's wrong?" I am so worried and I have no idea what is going on.
" Kennedy's photos in the camera were stolen! Someone must have taken a USB port and taken her videos! Luckily, Kennedy already uploaded all her animal photos. But the only videos and pictures left in the camera were of you!"
Oh, snap... There is only one person in this school who would want my photos, and I knew her name all too well: Ari.
