Alpha Bad Boy

Ok freeze rewind stop say what now?

"Um.. Austin?" I ask still being carried in his arms.

He's been walking for about 10 minutes and were outside in the woods. To say I was a little scared is an understatement.

"Ya?"

"You can put me down know. I can walk, I'm a big girl" I say trying to set myself free.

"No need, we're here." he announces setting me on my feet. I wince a little. I guess the pain killers wore off in my leg.

"Oh it's your leg! Damn Austin can you get any dumber? She's in pain and its your fault! Why did I take her out of the infirmary? Austin you're so stu-" I cut him off from his babble session.

"Austin you're doing it again." I smirk.

"Oh, um, sorry!" he says blushing. I grin and sit down on a rock behind me.

"So what's the big news you wanted to tell me?"

"Um..... Ok just promise you won't run away screaming." he pleads. I nod my head and give a suspicious look. What's this babble mouth up to?

"Ok well I'm a werewolf. Each werewolf has a mate and you are my mate. Mate is short for soulmate. I am Alpha of my pack which means I'm boss. That also means your Luna which is like a mom to the whole pack. Um.. That's it." he rants. Ok, freeze, rewind, stop, say what now?

"Your a huh? What do you mean your a werewolf? Are you on crack?" I yell.

"I'm a werewolf. Let me just show you." he says running behind a tree.

"Ya, ok? You show me some wolf costume. Why do I always get the crazy ones? why can't a normal guy ever like me? Like seriously why can I not have normal!" I stop my mumbling when I hear a deep growl. I cringe, what the heck was that?

"Austin!" I yell. I hear a twig snap to my right. I jerk my head towards the sound expecting Austin to be there. Boy was I way off? Where I expected the boy was a 8 foot black wolf? Holy mother of Donkeys!

*SCREAM*"Austin! Austin! Where are you? Help me!" I screamed running behind a tree. The wolf follows me and corners me into the trees. I scream and cry for Austin. I just want him to come and protect me. I feel protected when he's with me. I know it's crazy because I just met him but I feel like I've known him my whole life. I stop screaming when I feel something warm and soft on my arm. I open my clenched shut eyes and see the wolf rubbing his head against my arm. Awe! I cautiously put my hand on his head and pet him. He gives a satisfied sign by pushing his head further into my palm. I smile and kiss its nose.

"Hey Big Fella! You aren't so mean, are ya? No! You're a good boy. I'm gonna name you Shadow! Does that sound good to you?" I say rubbing his head. He licks my face and I laugh. All of a sudden he runs away. Did I do something?

"I told you." Austin said coming out behind a tree to the side of me. I jump and put my hand over my heart.

"Geez scare me to death! Where were you when I was screaming huh?" I question as he comes closer to me.

"I told you I was a werewolf and you didn't believe me. Do you believe me now?" he asks ignoring my question.

"What are you talking about? You left and then.. a.. wolf.. came... and oh my gosh you are a werewolf!" I scream the last part backing away from him. He gives that sad "I just ran over his puppy" look and I stop in my spot. He walks towards me and puts his hand on my face, caressing my cheek; I lean into the warmness.

"Why do you keep acting like I'm going to hurt you? I would never hurt you! Your my mate that's almost impossible!" he says gently.

"What is a mate?" I ask curious as to why I am being called that. I mean I know it represents your "soul mate" but what does it really mean.

"A mate is someone you can love for eternity. A mate is your other half. When you look at your mate its like their your everything. You'd do anything to keep them protected and happy. That's what you are to me. Your my mate, my Luna. I know we just met but you don't know how it feels. I do because I am a werewolf and you are a human. you don't feel that agonizing pull that I do when we're apart or your sad or hurt. I know you feel it but not like I do. I just met you last night and I already know you're the girl for me. I already know I'm gonna do everything in my being trying to make sure your happy and protected forever. There is nothing I wouldn't do for you." He says while I have tears streaming down my face. That is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me. I immediately wrap my arms around his neck and pull him into the most passionate and loving kiss I can bare.
