Taken By A Gang- 1D fanfiction

Chapter 6

-Chief Daniel's P.O.V -

"The gang known as 1D has been spotted in the San Fernando valley area where the body of Jake Florez was found 10 p.m. yesterday. We are also looking for a 20 year old girl who went missing the same time Florez was found murdered. Danielle Daniel's may have witnessed Florez demise and was abducted by the gang around after 8 p.m. last night. The girl is believed to be in extreme danger and any tips will be helpful. Our Chief Of Police, Steven Daniel's the Father of the missing girl has something to say."Officer Hanes said, handing the mic over to Daniel's.

Chief Daniel's was not only nervous but scared for his daughter. He had no idea if his words would help or hinder her freedom.

" I want to make a plea to the guys who took my daughter, please don't hurt her. Just let her go and we'll forget this ever happened. I know she witnessed something terrible that you did but taking her won't change that. We know deep down you guys don't want to hurt her. Please just let her go and we can talk about a deal." He pleaded in front of tons of cameras.

After making the statement, he hoped the gang would hear it and let her go. But he knew all too well that gangs don't give up so easily. They would want something in return. They always do.

"You think they'll take the bait ?" Officer Hanes asked.

" I don't know Hanes, there smart. They've escaped the police before and have killed up to 10 people leaving no trace. Now they have my Daughter who has nothing to do with there drug business. They've killed witnesses before, why take my daughter ?"He asked frustrated.

" The important thing is that she's alive. We may not know the reason why they took her but we will find her. They can't stay hidden forever."Officer Hanes said.

Chief Daniel's only hoped they had a reason or else his daughter was in serious trouble.

"Come on ! Open !" I said, trying to pry the window open but it was stuck !

I looked out the window to see if I could figure out where I am. We seem to be in a cabin in the woods, how far from where they took me ? Oh god..even if I get out, how would I not get lost ?

I sat back down closing my eyes, ok Danielle think ! How can you get the window open ? I looked around the room for anything I could find that could open the window.

There was a piece of wood on the floor, could that work ? I had to try, I put the wood against the bottom of the window, pushing as hard as I can.

" Come on, come on !" I pleaded and the window moved a few inches, I pushed a little bit more and it finally gave away.

I cheered silently but stopped when I heard the sound of footsteps coming towards my room. I quickly shut the window and hide the piece of wood.

The door opened and in came the very person I didn't want to to see. Zayn. He had a newspaper in his hands. What was he going to do ? Make me take a photo with it ?

" Do you recognize this man ?" Zayn asked.

He dropped the newspaper on my lap pointing at the picture of my Dad. Why did he want to know ?

" The Chief Of Police." I replied, he chuckled.

" No, I mean who is he to you ?" Zayn added.

" Why do you want to know ?" I asked.

He seemed to get irritated, I minds well irritate him. Hey maybe if I annoy him enough, he'll let me go.

" Chief Daniel's is your Father. Don't bother lying, I checked." Zayn said.

" If you knew, than why ask ? " I asked.

" Chief Daniel's is trying to throw us in prison, as long as we have his precious daughter. We got the upper hand. Which means you're in it for the long haul Love."Zayn said.

I did not like what he was getting at...he was planning on using me for his gangs freedom  ? 

" Here's some fruit, eat up. Your going to need it." He said as he left me with a couple bananas and bottled water.

What the hell did I get myself into ?
