-Chief Daniel's P.O.V -
He stood outside the car of the man who his daughter came to for help. The cops covered the body of the man with a sheet.
He was so close to finding her and they take her again. They were gonna pay for this...
"Were the security cameras working ?"Chief Daniel's asked the owner of the Gas station.
"Yes, there in the back room if you want to go through them"The Owner said.
"I want the tapes for around 9:00 a.m copied and sent to the precinct after I look through them."He said as he followed the owner to the back where the monitors were.
The Owner helped him find the right time stamp and he watched as his daughter came running towards the car begging for help. Then 2 of the gang members came in and took her after killing the bystander.
He watched as one of them pushed his daughter in the backseat and then took off.
"I need police looking for a red Chevy going north on Gregory road, if they see them. Don't approach just let me know."He said.
He knew as long as they had her, he couldn't do anything. Or they might hurt her.
"Talk to the drug dealers, maybe they know where there headed. Don't come out until you've got everything they know."He said to Jackson.
Officer Jackson nodded and left the gas station. He called Officer Hanes on his cell.
"Hanes, I got another idea. But you will have to be really convincing this time."He said.
"You want me to deliver the money from the drugs he gave me ?"Officer Hanes asked.
"Yes, he should give you the address if he believes you. This maybe our only shot to get my daughter back."He pleaded.
He didn't know how pissed Zayn was at him for ruining his business. Or what he was thinking of doing to get back at him.
If he could trade places with his daughter, he would. She didn't deserve to be tortured because Zayn was pissed at him.
He knew going into police work would put him at risk but he didn't think his daughter would be the target.
"I'll do it Chief, just focus on your wife. I'll take care of Zayn."Officer Hanes said.
"Be careful. If there's any suspicion that he knows about you. Run. I won't risk your life."He said.
"Of course. I'll call you later with more information."Officer Hanes says as they hang up.
"Please let this work."
