It's getting darker by the hour. Danny is holding me close, keeping me warm from the cold night air, but it's not necessary. I'm wearing a flannel with the words 'Fairest Of Them All' painted on the back. I rested my head on his shoulder while we cuddle, looking over Brooklyn with a full moon in the sky.

"Why were you on the roof when I texted you?" Danny asked, but I shrugged, "I like looking over the city, plus it's a place where I like to think of my hideaway." I didn't look at him when I said it. I just kept looking over the city. Danny kissed my forehead, "I get it; everybody wants a place to call their own."

We both went back to my apartment as it's one in the morning. I'm pretty sure Jake is in bed, and I don't want Danny to wake up Derek, so I told him that it's alright to stay at my place for the night. We headed to my room. Danny looked amazed at how my room looks like with the walls covered in posters such as Peter Pan, Paper Towns, and bands. I catch his eye looking over the words over my bed, mumbling to himself, 'Sing Me To Sleep I'll See You In My Dreams.'

"They're lyrics," I say.

"What song?"

"Lullabies by All Time Low."

I slip into the kitchen without him noticing, as I came back with wine glasses filled with Coca-Cola. "Here," I say, passing him a drink, Danny still has the amazement in his eyes I'd had to wave to break his trance. He shook his head, getting back into reality, sipping his drink. "So this is the stuff I like," I chuckled, "I see," he said.

I took a sip while playing the song 'Love & Drugs' by The Maine on the stereo. Danny sat next to me, holding my hand. "So, why wine glasses?" I shrugged, "It makes me feel elegant, I guess." I look over at the Peter Pan poster admiring it; it's one of my favorite Disney movies not just because of the story but also the iconic quotes from the film such as 'Never Grow Up' and 'Never Say Goodbye.' Because when we do grow up, we'd understand why Peter wouldn't want to.

"I see you like that movie," Danny noticed.

"Yes," I say quietly.

"Me too."

"Why is that?" I asked.

"The story, you?"

"Same as you but also the quotes, I would like to visit Neverland."

Danny looked a bit confused, "How come?"

"For adventure, obviously, plus Peter and I could explore Neverland and fly around."

"Can I ask you something?" he said as he took another sip.

"Sure.'

"What are you looking for in someone?"

When Danny asked that I didn't have to think about it cause I already know. "Well, the usual stuff someone who is cute, sweet, honest, smart, but mostly I want someone who is understanding. To tell me everything is going to be okay, to stick by me for both the good and bad times and someone to protect me but not overly protective." Still holding my hand, Danny squeezed it a bit and smiled, "Well, you can stop looking."

I went into the covers, my head on the pillows as Danny did the same "Anything else?" I gave a slight smile, "Someone to be my Peter Pan." Without saying another word, we both closed our eyes falling asleep.
