Emergence

Chapter 14

"Look at it!" I squeal starring in the mirror. Edmund smiles, falling backwards on my bed.

" I'm so glad you love it." Edmund replies. I look away from the mirror and run towards the bed, falling on top of him.

He smiles brightly as I put my face in his. " What can I do to ever repay you?" I question. He smiles at me as I grab both of his hands.

" I don't know." He whispers. I smile at him, grabbing his hands and putting them on my waist.

" I think you do." I say getting closer to him. He smiles as I start to kiss him slowly, he tenses up grabbing me tightly as I continue. He picks me up off of him as he sits up and sets me on his lap, continuing from where he left off.

I start to laugh as he bites my neck. He smiles, pressing me against the wall and continuing and pulling away quickly. " Did Vince ever give you a hickey?" Edmund questions. I stare at him as he shakes his head. " Knowing him he didn't." He adds.

" What's that?" I question. He smiles at me and starts to kiss my neck again. I feel him start to suck hard on my neck as I close my eyes. He bites me hard as I start to laugh, he pulls away and smiles, throwing me down on the bed.

" Woah! Wh-" Edmund cuts me off getting closer to me.

" Shh, it's okay." He whispers continuing. I smile brightly as he makes his way down,grabbing my hand. I start to shiver as the door opens suddenly, I stare at Vince as he looks at Edmund.

" What the heck are you doing!?" Vince shouts. Edmund gets off of me and exhales.

" There's this thing called knocking." Edmund replies. I smile brightly as he gets off of me, I sit up as Vince screams, covering his mouth.

He runs to me and looks back at Edmund. " What the hell did you do to her!!? Oh my gosh, Freya your hair!" Vince shrieks. I stare at him as Edmund pulls me closer.

" I dyed her hair, what do you think I did?" Edmund questions. Edmund lets me go as Vince grabs my shoulders staring at my hair.

" Oh my god! She's not supposed to have her hair dyed! I can't believe you did this to her! Freya come with me!" Vince shouts. I stare at him as he tries to move me.

" Where are we going? " I question. He glares at Edmund and shakes his head picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder. I swing my legs shouting.

" Hey! Let me go! Where are you taking me!?" I scream as he starts to walk away. Edmund runs towards him as I watch his hand grab his arm.

" Drop her right now!" Edmund growls. I watch Vince's back loosen up, as he drops me to the ground. Vince glares at Edmund and looks back at me.

" My pipes are leaking so wear a showercap or something to protect your precious hair." Vince remarks. Edmund stares at him as he gives me one from his pocket.

" Here honey, I rinsed off the colors from when we processed your hair, so wear this." Edmund says putting my hair up in a bun. He ties it in place and shoves the cap over my hair. I smile brightly as he looks back at Vince. " I'm not gay thank you very much." Edmund adds as I turn around looking at Vince.

Vince rolls his eyes as Edmund pulls me closer to him and gives me a quick kiss. " I love you, I'll see you later." He adds. I shake my head and smile as Vince grabs my hand.

He starts to run down the hall and grabs onto the stair railings. I stare at him as I run with him, he turns and runs down two more flights making his way towards the lab. I struggle to keep up with him until we get into his lab. He throws down my hand and pulls on his hair.
