I Can't Sleep

It's 3am and I'm still not asleep, I don't know what is wrong with me. I can never fall asleep, the last time I slept well was 4 months ago.

I shut my eyes and tried to calm down, it never really worked. I heard footsteps, I didn't know who was walking by so I peeked out of my bunk and saw Jorel.

I saw glistening on his face, was he crying? "Jorel" I whispered yelled he turned to me and held me close to him, "are you okay?" He started sobbing into me "V left me.." I was shocked to hear this, they were perfect for eachother.

I felt bad for the bassist, I comfortated him, not really caring if the others woke up. "Hey you wanna sleep in my bunk?" I offered to him "yes.." he responded quietly. We both got up and Jorel climbed in first, I was soon to follow.

I wrapped my arms around Jorel, I knew that he needed somebody to hold him right now. He turned to face me and he nuzzled into my chest.

"Thank you Danny..." he quietly said before he fell asleep. I kissed the man on his forehead, and went to sleep.

Fucking looser! Why did I even date you? You're worthless!

Those words rang in my head over and over and over, why would she do this to me? I've never done anything to her but love her.

I was awoken by Danny "Jorel wake up! You were having a night terror..." he said. I slowly opened my eyes to see him resting his head on my chest, "I don't wanna wake up mooommmmm five more minutes" I joked, I got a small chuckle and a kiss on the cheek from him.

I insantly turned red, damn it, he is too cute..."uhh what was that for?" I asked.
He shrugged "I guess you looked like you wanted to be kissed"

Danny always knew when I needed a kiss, I guess it was that moment I needed one. "Danny, I like you, more than a friend" I said, he looked at me so happily. He wrapped his arms around me "I love you too and, be mine?" "Yes."

If I hadn't stayed up maybe Jorel and I wouldn't be together, maybe he walked to the main area to go to grab something, I really hope it wasn't that, that would kill me.

We sat in my bunk since we didn't want to get up, we eventualy fell back asleep, that was okay with me.
