Chapter 7

       They presented to me their work. Explained to us in detail. Jinyoung being Jinyoung by kept asking the questions. That's why I don't really want to join this kind of meeting since Jinyoung can handle it for me but my ears need to be ready to get scold later.

" So who will handle this ? " Jinyoung asked Minho.

" I will give it to Baekhyun " All attention on Minho now. Not only Baekhyun but all of us surprised with his out of sudden decision.

" He just a new employee " one of them comment.

" Yes but it doesn't mean he can't do that " Minho replied bluntly.

" This just - "

" I'm very sure he can do it " Minho cut their protested by giving me a big smile.

" Okay " I said. Some of them protested with my decision and others just accept it. Baekhyun just stared at me with unreadable look.

            All of us leave the meeting room. I went to my office and sighed heavily. I don't know why I agree with Minho. I don't want to stress myself by thinking about this so it better I continue my work. There still have a lot of paper work to do.

            Without I notice, it time to go home. I kept doing my work until someone knocked my office. I looked up and found Sunmi smiled to me. She sat in front of me. What's up her ? She weird. I just stared at her blankly. If she not going to talk better she leave.

" Yah, can't you see I'm happy now ? " she pouted.

" No " I replied without looking at her.

" He asked me out " she squealed. Geez.

" Congrats then " I said.

" Can't you be happy for your little pie ? " she pouted back.

" I'm happy for you, my little pie. Hope your date going well. Satisfied ? " I rolled my eyes. Her pouted slowly changed to smile.

" Anyway, how long you want to work ? Now 7 pm " She said that made me look at watch that I wore on wrist.

" Darn it " How can I'm overworked ?

" Bye, Lyn " She waved to me. I just replied with a nod.

           I closed all paper works on my table before left my office. I was about to press the lift button when I saw marketing section light still opened. I thought my employees love to leave as soon as possible. I made my way to marketing section. I stopped my track when I saw who still there.

           I can felt how stress he were with that messing hair. Why he work so hard ? Maybe because of me. If I didn't agree with Minho's idea, I'm sure he won't be at that situation. He don't have experience in business and how can he just do that well.

" I'm sorry. I didn't see Miss there " I was taken back when he called me by Miss not Mrs like he used to do.

" The clock showed 7.15 pm. You should back home now " I said coldly. He just smiled.

" It's okay. I still get a few things to do " He said.

" I'm sure that project won't be send tomorrow " because I never give him work except that project.

" Y..yeah " he stuttered. He started to close his things and putted his paper work into his bag.

          I turned my heel to lift. I tried to find my phone inside my handbag but I can't find it. Darn it ! I'm sure that my phone in my office. I can't do anything except going back to my office to take it. After I took it, I went to my car but someone caught my attention. Is it he waiting for someone ? And Ashlyn, don't you think that you act weird now ?

         I turned on my car before drove to bus stop. I got off from my car and looked at him. He gave me confused look. Maybe I just care as a boss not more than that. I should ask him. It better than leave him here when it hard to find taxi at this moment. I took a deep breath.

" It hard to find taxi at this time " I said.

" Just get in, Baekhyun " I added. Why I need to give a hint when I can say straight away ? I'm not a shy girl like before. He got on and sat beside driver seat.

         I drove to my house. Don't ask why I do that. It's not like I want to let him know my house but never mind. I parked my car in front of my house. Baekhyun looked at me confusedly. I walked to him and handed him my car key. He surpised with what I just did.

" Drive home. I'm too lazy to send you " I said before stepped into my house left him dumbfounded.
