Elijah turned back to Lydia, who had just pleaded with him to not leave.

"Why?" His question was simply, as he looked down at the strawberry blonde girl.

"I don't want you to." She replied quietly, hesitantly letting go of his arm.

"Was it because of what I said?" Elijah asked, as Lydia looked down at her feet, avoiding his gaze.

The male tucked his finger under her chin, and gently lifted her head, her eyes finally met his.

"Was it because of what I said, Lydia?" He repeated calmly.

"Yes." Her voice was quiet, her green eyes were looking into his darker ones.

Elijah slowly moved his hand away from her face, as it took a moment for her answer to sink in.

"You'll agree to be mine?" He asked, as his arm slowly wrapped around the girl's waist.

"Not that easily." She said, as Elijah pulled the girl closer to him.

"I doubt that." He said, as Lydia's hands were rested against his chest.

Lydia felt like she would melt every time she was in Elijah's touch. Elijah caught onto this, and wrapped his other arm around her waist.

"You alright there, Lydia?" He asked, a smile tugged at his lips, as her heartbeat sped up again.

"I'm fine, Elijah." She said, as Elijah leant to whisper in her ear again.

"I don't think you are, Lydia." His voice was husky, as Lydia let out a small whimper at his voice.

"Elijah, stop please." She pleaded, whimpering slightly as she spoke.

"I want you to be mine, Lydia." His voice was still husky, as Lydia rested her head against his chest almost like it was in defeat.

"Elijah, you have no idea what you're doing to me." Lydia whimpered as Elijah closed the gap between her, her body now against his.

"I know exactly what I'm doing to you." He said, as Lydia finally broke.

"Okay, okay fine." She muttered, as Elijah smiled.

"Good girl." He said, tilting her head towards the window. He leant down slightly, placing a few kisses down her neck, causing Lydia to inhale sharply.

Elijah unwrapped his arms from Lydia, and stepped away from her.

He had gotten through to her. Finally. It wasn't that hard to get to her, mostly because she was confused on how she felt about Elijah, so she just let it happen as emotions washed over her. Elijah wouldn't, and never use Lydia, but in that moment, both of them felt something towards each other.

Lydia felt helpless and submissive every time Elijah held her close to him. She couldn't help but feel this way, and couldn't believe she caved in so easily.
