A/N: I'd like to extend my gratitude to all those who have taken time out of their lives to read this story and so to give y'all a break from the tumultuous roller coaster that their relationship is going to go through, something sweet and uplifting is definitely what the doctor ordered. So without further ado,

How they found out Noora's pregnant....

Ugh! It's the third time now in three weeks that Noora found herself hugging the toilet seat like a lifeline at 5 o'clock in the fucking morning. Weakly pushing a trembling hand through her bedhead, all she was physically capable to do was somehow wobble onto her feet and then grab onto the sink.

Looking at her reflection, she was momentarily taken back. Her normally stick straight hair was a tangled mess, her eyes had bags under them, the omnipresent twinkle in her green eyes seemed to have dimmed. Carelessly wiping off a bit of drool from the corner of her chapped lips, she was dumbfounded as to why she looked like she was on her deathbed...

Feeling her stomach twist again, she let out a pained moan and forced herself to freshen up. After a long steaming bath, she felt marginally better. Marginally, being the key word. Fortunately, it was her day off, so she didn't have to do anything strenuous, though she did have a few articles to ed--

Before she could end her thought, a loud growl came from her stomach. It was truly terrifying and for a moment she even looked around for the owner of the ferocious growl. This sudden and drastic change in her appetite did thoroughly confuse but she still walked into the kitchen in order to make herself a sandwich.

She was just finishing off her chocolate milk, when her laptop sitting on the kitchen where she had left it yesterday, was ringing with William's Skype call. Bringing the laptop to the table, she quickly and quite excitedly clicked the Accept button.

"Hey, beautiful, you look....different," William answered with a wide grin, pointing to her mouth.

"What?" Noora asked confused, as she wiped her palm across her lips. Not getting anything other than a few stray drops of milk, she didn't see anything comical enough to incite his uncontrollable mirth.

"Noora, when did you decide to try out a mustache?Though I have to say if anyone can pull it off, it's definitely you," he finished on a bark of laughter as he speared a hand through his always messy hair.

Going red with embarrassment, she quickly used the back of her hand to wipe it off her face before turning to glare at him.

"Sorry, it's just you look so beautiful even with the milk mustache and all, I just...I miss you," William said with all seriousness, his eyes boring into hers.

"I miss you too, Wilhelm," she whispered, smiling shyly as she tucked her a strand behind her ear. He had been on a business trip to the States for a week now, and the separation was beyond painful. Though they always made time for these chats, it wasn't the same.

"So, how is America treating you? Having fun?"

"God no. I've been in so many conference rooms since coming here that it feels weird not to sit at a long table facing a projector. And when I'm free, I'm at dinners with potential investors. It's been miserable here without you," he ended on a frustrated note.

"Oh my poor Wilhelm, don't be so sad, there's only three days left until you're back. Oh! I almost forgot to tell, we finally signed the deal with Marx Publishing! We finally have my favourite authors under one roof...Mine," Noora couldn't stop the beaming smile from spreading across her face. Not that she wanted to anyway. She felt so proud and happy, the only damper on it, the acute pain of not having her best friend, her husband, her William by her side to celebrate.
