Xander's POV

"Oh my." Doctor Samuels said in a confused tone, until he woke up from his temporary confused state  and moved the ultrasound probe around on my mate's stomach where our baby lay.

"It's a-" he began, until Liz interrupted him "wait Xander do we want to know the gender?" She said turning to face me.

"Of course we do love," I said walking closer to her and planting a light tender kiss on her forehead and smiled down at her.

"Ok, we want to know." She said in an sure tone, that made me want to know even more.

"You're about five or six weeks along at the moment, so you have roughly three months until you give birth." He said, "please just tell us what the gender is." I said frustratedly.

"You're having a girl!" He said happily, "OMG it's a girl! I told you darling!" She said getting up and kissing me smugly on the cheek.

"And you're having a boy," he paused looking down at the screen, then there was silence around the room until Liz finally breathed and I nearly fainted.

"We're having two mini versions of you and me they are going to be adorable especially from my side," she stated smugly.

"Of course they will be," I murmured nibbling the tender lobe of her ear.

"What do we do now?" She whispered, looking up at me from her standing position.

"Well first, I'm going to kiss you until you can't speak." I said huskily lowering my lips to hers.

Lizzie's POV

I honestly couldn't believe the doctors word when he said we were having twins! If I wasn't freaking out with only, one - now two - but I knew that at least Xander and I would be appeased as were having one of each gender.

Xander gently picked up my hand and we walked out of the pack hospital together, and I briefly wondered how far I had come from being a huntress student at the Academy to having Sapphire, a mate and two lives growing inside of me.

"What are you thinking about?" He murmured stopping his trail of kisses down my neck.

"You can't keep your hands off me can you?" I questioned smirking up at him, whilst he huffed and said "just answer the question."

"Just us and our life," I said "all that we've been through."

Later that day, we were laying next to each other on the couch. When I was feeling really hungry and the sudden rumble protruding through my stomach, announced it to the ever attentive man who was across the room from me typing away on his laptop.

"Xander?" I asked not being able to take the silence any more "Yes love?" He replied, redirecting his attention away from the laptop screen.

"Can you take me to Walmart?" I questioned, knowing the fridge and cupboards were empty from my earlier raid.

"Why would that be?" He questioned. "Um-, I kinda got hungry after you stormed me all the way to the hospital." I muttered hoping he wouldn't hear.

"I wanted to make sure the babies, were okay you know that, love." He murmured as he walked over and sat next to me on the couch.

"I know I was just trying to make a point," I replied, feeling a little more guilty now.

"Ok let's got then, but no walking," he said obviously concerned about the higher risks associated with a twin pregnancy.

"I have to walk silly." I said laughing at his over-protectiveness.

"Ok, but I'm carrying you to the car." He demanded softly, as he picked me up and put me on his back grabbing my phone in the process. He knew me too well.

As he opened the garage door, and walked through and then closed it. Politely, he opened the door for me to get in as I hopped off his back.

"My lady," he said drastically. Bowing in my presence.

"Why thank you m' lord," I said a full on smirk present. Whilst I slid onto the cool leather fabricated seat.

Gentlemanly, he shut the door and jogged over to the drivers side on the left.

When we arrived at Walmart, the place was hustled with people bustling about trying to get to different places. The occasional clunk of trollies bashing together.

When we finally managed to get to the sweet aisle, I ran as fast as I could to find cadburys dairy milk chocolate. Which was my all time favourite.

When I finally got there, I reached my hand towards the last bar right at the back of the shelf, my eyes set intently on it.

Before I saw a hand quickly reach out before mine and took the last one. "Yes, oh my gosh I have been wanting chocolate since I finished my diet." The person exclaimed from behind me.

There was only one person with that voice.

"Mum?" I questioned turning around, my voice portraying that I didn't believe it after so long.

There she was, with her long brunette hair and glistening crystal blue orbs.

"Elizabeth?" She questioned back, just as surprised as I was. "Why? How?" I asked running and hugging her until I had no breath left in my system, which was quite hard due to my protruding stomach.

"I thought you had died," I muttered sniffling into her burgundy Paris shirt. "We had to otherwise they would have taken you," she said tears threatening to fall.

"Who? Who would have taken me?" I questioned staring up at her face.

"The Hunters." She breathed. I looked behind Mum and saw my father and I cried for the second time and ran to hug him. "Daddy!" I squealed, as he chuckled. "Hi Lizbear," as he wiped away a stray tear "oh I've missed your cheeky smile."

"Love, who are these people?" Xander muttered into my ear, arms circling around my waist. "These are my parents" I whispered, throwing my head back laughter erupting from the back of my throat.

"Sir, ma'am." He stuttered, standing up very straight all of a sudden, like he had a stick up his ass.

"Just Amelia and Edward please." My Mum blushed. "Oh by the way Grandma and Grandad, meet your grandchildren." I whispered rubbing my stomach tenderly.

"We're going-" my dad started to say then fainted right in front of us collapsing on the ground.

"Oh My Gosh, I'm going to be a Grandma! We have to go shopping right away!" She squealed and squeezes my hand tightly. Whilst Xander carried my dad in his arms, still unconscious.
