Chapter 13

l JAI’S POV l

*One day later*

The guy and I had been chilling at home during all morning. I haven’t texted Sam yet because last night Luke and I couldn’t find any logic solution to my problem. Well we though about a lot f ideas but mostly of them were impossible to do and maybe we will have gone to prison so we didn’t think about anything capable to do.

Suddenly mum walked in the living.

-          Guys why are you so quiet and unhappy? – she asked confused. Beau explained her what happened because I didn’t have energy to say it. I was so stressed and tired of being all night awake.

Mum gave me a melancholic looked and sat next to me, giving me a hug.

-          What if – she started saying. I looked at her hopefully and so did all the boys – she stays here?

I stared at her. Was she fucking serious? I mean, she let her stay? What?

-          Are you serious? – I asked her carefully. I mean we thought about it last night but we quickly discarded it because it was impossible that mum lets a girl stay on here.

-          Of course, why not? But I won’t let you do dirty things, you know what I’m saying – she told me pointing me with her finger. The boys laughed while I blushed -. But… her mother has to let her too.

I instantly texted Summer and explained her all what happened. She was totally in shock but also so happy and hopeful. She said she was going to phone her mum so I waited for her to answer me.

-          She’s phoning her mum now – I explained -. But mum you’re going to have to talk to her mother because she’s a little untrusting – Gina nodded her head and I smiled at her so widely.

Then my phone rang again. I had a text message from Summer.

Sammy <3:

Jye I can’t believe this she’s said she’s to think bout it so she’s going to let me or I think so omg. J J J

Me:

oh my god, u want Gina to call and explain her again? She’ll make ur mother agree haha J

Sammy <3:

 Ofc here’s her number

I quickly dialed the phone number on my iPhone and passed it to mum. She walked away to the kitchen to talk calmly.

                                                                              .              .              .

-          What the fuck are they talking about? – said Daniel. The two mothers had been talking for about an hour and I have nearly bitten all my nails. I was so damn nervous.

-          Jai – I heard my mum say while entering the living -, I didn’t know Summer’s surname was Adams! – I looked at her so mad -. Her mum was friend of mine when I was at school!

Oh my god. Oh my motherfucking god. Mum was so calmed and seemed so happy. She may look sad and disappointed if Summer’s mum said no, didn’t her?

-          MUM CAN SHE STAY OR NOT – I screamed so nervous. I even stood up.

-          Yes! – she shouted happily.

The boys cheered and I swear I was about to cry of happiness but a boy never cries so I didn’t.

I was so happy that I couldn’t even believe it was true. I quickly phoned Summer and explain all to her and I was shouting and she was as well. Well, she shouted and cried as well.

-          So I pick you up tomorrow by the morning to carry here all your clothes and stuff, it’s okay? – I asked her.

-          Oh my god yes – she said. She was so excited.

l  SUMMER’S POINT OF VIEW  l

I hung up the phone and laid in bed, staring at the ceiling.

I can’t believe this is really happening. I never thought my mum will let me stay at Jai’s house, oh my god. I couldn’t stop thinking about how perfect was this month going to be. 

I was really tired so I decided to go to sleep so I put on my pajamas and got in the bed.
