"Y/N, my favourite tour buddy," Josh nudged my shoulder as I flipped a pancake on the stove.
"I'm clearly her favourite Josh," Tyler barged in and hugged me from behind. I squirmed out of Tyler's grasp as I felt his warm breath on the back of my neck. I didn't want him to notice.
"I'm trying to be a good person to make you guys food and you guys are hugging me and making me burn the pancakes. Just leave me alone for five minutes so I can finish up and then we can eat," I rolled my eyes irritated.
"Well someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning," Josh said as he walked to the chair on the other side of the room.
"show me your hair," Tyler said crossing his arms.
"That's a weird request," Josh said from the other side of the room.
"No, I'm fine Tyler." I raised my voice as he came closer.
Tyler grabbed my arm and I yanked it away causing one of the pancakes that was on the spatula I was holding to fall on the floor. Tyler pulled my hair behind my ear and saw a bright red patch of skin where hair used to be.
"You relapsed? Why didn't you come get me I would've helped you." Tyler looked at me with concern, "I'm calling your therapist, you need to go talk to somebody and if it isn't me you're going to a professional."
"Tyler, The thing is nothing is wrong with me. I'm happier than I've been in a long time. I'm on tour opening for my best friends. You're launching my career for me. I don't know why I relapsed but it isn't that big of a spot and it'll be okay," I smiled as I covered the spot up again.
"We care about you a lot. If something is going on just talk to us. We love you, I hate seeing you let yourself go." Tyler grabbed my shoulder.
"I'm okay I promise, just don't freak right out. Maybe we could do something about awareness for Trichotillomania in the next leg of the tour?" I mentioned, "Or maybe on the next tour you could so exclusive Merch that has part of the proceeds going to the trichotillomania center."
"That sounds cool, I like it." Tyler smiled and pulled be in for a hug.
"OK no go hang out with your band mate I need to finish these pancakes," I laughed as I picked up the pancakes though fell on the floor and threw it in the compost.
"Okay, very well." Tyler groaned as he turned around to talk to Josh.
"At least someone shows concern sometimes," I mumbled to myself as I poured more pancake batter into the frying pan.
