Diamonds aren't a girls bestfriend
When her teeth are cut sharp by its edge,
Pearls aren't a sirens first call
When forced down their throat,
And began to choke
Rubies don't stain red, unless she's bled
And sapphires won't conceal how the lady truly feels
Jewelry can't heal her wounds,
But could be used
To shut her up
Buy her happiness
Hide her bruise
