I've had a late reaction
To these past events
They've called it such a action that is very appalled
Not a single soul indulging
Not a single breath hitched
In this horrific action
The people still commence
Forward on
Backward south
This dance between many
Cruves my mouth
Not into a smile, but a frown
Ever so low
To break this Silence
Would be to start a war
And thus I'm not prepared
A fellow calls out
And chant we all
Inside our heads
Viva la revolution
Outside, cool, calm and collected
Young fellow, no longer a member
We all must stay put
Not a soul to remember
But greatly, still am I recalled to the action
Untimely and unseemly
We all had a late reaction
-a poem in which the world ends but not a soul has hope
