I recited this on the day of our 10th grade's farewell party in school. Hope you like it!
How can I say it was journey
filled with stuff serious and funny.
It was somehow a milestone in my history
Nows the time to reveal our lives' mystery.
Ten years back I was a 5 year kid.
Dipping in the memories for the stupid things I did.
Dreamt to pave a direct to adolesence
Now I feel like going back to that innocence.
8th marked me as a teenager
It was a feeling full of pleasure.
Following my elders' paws
I reached 10th, but with lots of flaws.
We made many fools
We broke many rules
Teased the duffers
But also used to suffer.
Exam time was a kind of epidemic
Books and mom's scoldings made us sick.
Crossed those famines but now destined to boards
All the best everyone go and study loads.
Missing these goldenyears will be immense
One thing we all may get thats the learning license.
Tears are brimming my eyes
I will surely miss you my lovely guys.
Thank you for holding for my stupid poem
I hope it gave you a pleasant time.
A/N: Hope you liked it. I am eager to start my high school but I will miss my JOURNEY TILL 10TH .
