So I needed you

She's holding the ring you bought,
You are just my inspiration
So why am I sad about?
I was tearing up
Right in front of you two,
You asked me what's wrong
Was this even true?
My heart was aching
I don't know if I still can,
There are so many scars was added on my heart
I turned my back and ran
