It was awkward with me and Fletcher for two days. Thankfully, I go back to work today. Meaning, I would be out of the loft all day until 5. I threw on my yellow sweater with my burgundy jeans before brushing through my straight hair. I sighed and touched up my makeup, right when my door opened.

"We need to talk" he said, sitting on my bed. I ignored him and put on some light lipstick. "Samantha. Did you hear me?" he growled.

"I heard you. I'm waiting for you to speak" I say, keeping my back to him and collected things from around my room and put them into a light brown handbag.

"I don't like when you bring guys back here" he said, watching me as I rolled my eyes.

"Why do you care?" I scoff and look through my shoes.

"Because I live here, and I don't like it" he says automatically. I picked out some moccasins and slip them on.

"Look, Fletcher. I get that you feel uncomfortable or whatever, but in my defence, over the past few weeks that you've been living here, I've only bought one guy back" I point out.

"Two" he corrected. I frowned. "Blake and the random" he rolled his eyes. I laughed. He looked confused and angry.

"You think Blake and I? Oh wow" I stopped laughing, the amused smile still on my face though. "I didn't do Blake, Fletcher" I clarified. He kind of relaxed.

"My point still stands. I don't like when you bring people back. I don't, so you shouldn't either" he says.

"You could've bought your date from New Year's back" I stated and he looked confused. "The girl you shared the amazing kiss with. Her" I clarify. He looked away, guilty. He sat in silence and I looked at the time; Jedd would be waiting in the lobby now. I put on a blue coat with brown patches on it and grabbed my phone and keys, threw them both into my bag with some lipstick, and began walking out.

"Hey, where are you going?" Fletcher called after me.

"Work. Jedd's waiting" I sigh.

"I haven't finished talking to you" he frowned.

"Then say something, Fletcher! You've obviously got something to say, so say it, damn it!" I yelled. He looked stunned by my outburst, and just stared at me. "Whatever. I'm going to be late" I walk out and slam the door behind me.

A/N:

Hey guys! Sorry, it's been way too long since I updated this!

The chapters are quite short, so I might go through and merge some together to make them longer and less chapters in the story.

My computer's being weird and stupid (it has a virus I think) but I'm taking it to get it fixed in a few days (hopefully) so I'll do chapter merging after it's fixed!

I'm going to try and start uploading chapters weekly, but I make no promises as I'm going into exams soon.
