Chapter Two

Chapter two: The Accident 8 years ago

So Hyeon's P.o.v
I woke up that morning, feeling refresh. I get up on my bed and do my morning routine. After my morning routine, I wear a pink and black crop top and a black tank top underneath it, a maong short short and a white pair of converse. After I got dressed, I go down and see my eomma and appa in the dining room. They smile when they see me.

"Good morning darling." Appa greet me while smiling.

"Good morning, too, appa and eomma." I greet him back. They just smile at me.

"Please sit, jagi(darling)." Eomma tells me. I nodded my head and sit down in front of my eomma.

While we are eating breakfast, eomma and appa are exchanging looks every now and then. I'm sensing something is wrong, its like they want to tell me something but they are too nervous to tell...???

"Appa, Eomma. Is there something wrong?" I ask them. They give one last glance towards each other. Their acting different today. What's wrong??? My mom sighed.

"Am... Angel... We have something to tell you." Eomma tell me. I just look at them, wondering what what's wrong.

"Ah... Am... Please don't hate us or please don't be shock, darling." Appa also tell me. Ugh! They are killing me!

"Appa, eomma. Please just tell me what's going on." I pleaded to them.
Eomma sigh, again.

"Well... I guess its time for you to know. Your old enough." Eomma tells me. Ugh!!! What is it?!?!

"First... We are really sorry for not telling you this since the beginning." Appa says to me. I just nodded my head.

"Remember when you and your appa got into an accident when we are still in Korea, before we move here?" My eomma ask me.

"Of course eomma. I can't forget about that. I remember it like it just happened yesterday." I say to them. Then all of a sudden I remember, that tragic night when the accident happen.

~Flashback~
I am going to my friend's house. Since its her birthday today. Her name is Jennie (she is from BlackPink). I want to surprise her, since its my last day here in Korea, we are going to move in London tomorrow. I'm going to miss her so much.

"Why are you crying, angel?" Appa ask me. I didn't realize that I was crying, until my appa says it to me. I quickly wipe away the tears that fallen from my eyes.

"Its just- I'm going to miss Jennie so much. She's my bestfriend since I'm in grade one." I told my appa. He just smile gently at me.
