When I entered Briar's room I was shocked. She stood there wearing a fitting dress, her hair looked golden, and she looked as flawless as the pearls she wore. The dress was red, my favorite color. I shook off the thoughts. What was I thinking? Now is the time to start on the plan. I put on my most charming smile and held out my arm.
"Shall we go Ms. Beautiful Blue?"
She blushed deeply. Too easy.
"We shall Mr. Stunning Silver."
I laughed at her comment suprised she did not stutter as she complimented me. We walked out to the carriage I have always rode to the ball in, glancing at her waiting for her attempt to escape and run. But she didn't run. She didn't try to get away. Why she did this I'm not sure, but that just makes my plan easier. Tonight I will gain her complete trust.
Tonight will be perfect.
