Briars POV

I was dropped off by Kyle who although was about 3 years older than me she was a member of my squad, and one of my best friends. "Good luck Briar, see you back tomorrow" She said. "I'll be done in 5 hours tops Kyles" I laughed She nodded and drove her motorcycle off. She had an awesome one that was better than mine, she was the one who convinced me to get one in the first place. I climbed up the cliff that was only like 20 maybe 30 feet.

I learned how to climb from rock climbing in my free time at the AES when I was younger and found it helped on missions so I learned how to climb with a rope, without a rope, straight up, sideways, any possible way a cliff could give me to climb. I found a metallic door at the top of the cave. Literally it looked like a cave from the outside more than a building, but I guess it's due to all the rocks nearby and that it's dark outside.

I saw no guards or cameras outside. Weird. I went to the door to find a lock pad that needed a code. Okay let's see....0000? Didn't work. 1234. Didn't work.4321.Nope, normally that was the code of the morons whose places I had to get into but I guess he's smarter. Screw this. I took out a small knife and wedged it between the lock and the wall, then I tried to cut some wires. A click sounded after I cut a few and I was in.

I snuck in and hid quickly but saw nobody in sight, or cameras. Maybe this place is deserted, or its lunch or something. I walked though the halls with a hand on my pistol ready for someone to pop out of nowhere. I found a room labeled "prisoners".

And to think this guy was actually smart. I went into the incredibly dark room with two small lights. I suppressed a shudder; I hated the dark, like a LOT. Don't judge me, I have my reasons. I found a small girl with shoulder length pixie blond hair dressed in a ragged tee and some scraped up leggings. I was expecting to be attacked, and I was...if you call a tough kick from a small girl in the shins an attack.

"LEAVE ME ALONE" she yelled at me.

"Kaylee?"

She stopped and backed away from me. "You're not Adrian, how do you know my name?" I took a small step forward.

"My name is Briar, I am from the Agency of Elite Spies and I'm here to rescue you" I stated. Her eyes narrowed at me

"YOUR LYING! The AES left me here, they don't care about me, they left me here because I'm not good enough" Her voice cracked and I felt my heart break a little.

She thought we left her here. "No really we have tried to rescue since you were taken, I swear..." I faltered as she looked at me, not believing a word I said.

"You left me here because I wasn't good enough well I don't want to go back, Adrian thinks i'm amazing and he appreciates me and my skills. He's taught me way more than your stupid agency ever did" she sneered. He'd been teaching her?

He brainwashed her.

My heart stopped Great now how do I get a girl, who doesn't want to leave, out?

"He's lying Kaylee" She flinched at my words. "No I mean you're probably great and all but-wait, why are you his prisoner if you want to stay?"

She smirked "That was too easy" She said as she backed into the shadows. I realized what was happening.

"Shit". I ran to the door to find it locked. I kicked and banged as hard as I could but it was pointless.

I was trapped.

I hated myself so much for falling into the trap so easily. I heard a guys laugh behind me.

"Well hello there Ms Blue". I didn't need to turn around to know who it was. But I turned around anyway.
